I wanted to surprised my GF with flowers today, and so I did my homework of local flower shops near my gf's job, and I couldn't be more happier with Brianna's Flowers. I stayed away from the usual red roses this time around and went with something more in season, and different. I selected the Fiery Lily and Rose package, which contains dark orange roses and orange asiatic lilies. In my opinion, they are absolutely beautiful. Fiery and radiant! And better yet, my girlfriend absolutely loved them. They have three different packages: standard, deluxe, and premium. I paid a little extra for premium, and I'm glad I did. Price was fair, and they decorated the flowers very nicely. I can truly, honestly say, I'm a happy customer today. Thank you Brianna's Flowers! Oh! And they have $1 roses on Fridays! read more

The flowers were beautiful, but not delivered when they were scheduled. Five stars would only take on time delivery otherwise perfect

Beautiful shop, amazing flowers the owner so helpful absolutely magical special arrangements

Make sure you clarify you dont want any substitutions in your arangement or the person who receive your gift will not get what you order and pay for ! I called Brianna's florist and complained that my arangement I ordered was not the same as they advertise on there website . I was told pretty much that it was my fault and should request no substitutions of flowers and a insensitive we're sorry , but If I want to come in today they would give me the 2 sunflowers that should have been in my ordered arangement on Friday . Over priced for not getting what I requested . $89.00 + 10.00 ballon+ 19.00 delivery + a generous tip of 10.00 to boot . I may not be a valued customer because I only use them a few times a year . The person you send the floral gift to does'nt know there not getting what you pay for unless you see it yourself . For 15.00 less I could of sent the same type of arangement with 3 roses instead of 2 cheap carnation substitution for there shortage of sunflowers ! Moral of my complaint is you dont get what you pay for and you get talked to like your just another JOE , wanting to treat a love one to a batch of flowers I could of put together myself at Jewel Osco . Purchased "Florist's Choice" flowers. I paid a total of $95 for this small arrangement. The flowers were pretty, but the bouquet was VERY small for what I paid. It included 2 roses, a couple lillies and carnations. Not worth the money. When I called to let them know that I wasn't happy with the bouquet, Holly said, "I don't know what to tell you, maybe next time call and speak to a florist instead of ordering online." Will not order from them again. read more

I'm writing an update to this local floral shop establishment. I had a previous review, but since this place has changed ownerships, it has gone so downhill. The variety of the selection of flowers is desolate and empty. The place looks likes like its going out of business. I purchased a really small bouquet recently and the college kid working there barely knew how to put a bouquet together. He didn't cut the stems or anything. Just threw the stems together and could barely make it look appealing. What happened to the professional florists that used to work there!? The atmosphere prior was lively and refreshing, now it was stale and uninviting. So now we know why it's always empty and one car in the parking lot. For a popular corner as this is, there should be more traffic. The place used to also have $1 roses on Fridays which was awesome because they were beautiful. Gone are the days when this placed used to be a local floral shop. I would recommend to avoid this place if you can. There are cheaper and better floral arrangements you can get at the local Mariano's or even Costco at this point, for half the price of what they charge. read more

We used Brianna's Flowers for our wedding bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres. Holly was a huge help in designing our bouquets. She helped us keep things within our price range while not sacrificing quality or looks. Additionally, Brianna's Flowers was helpful with late changes and was very accommodating with our early pick up on the day of our wedding. We've been using Brianna's flowers for the last decade and our wedding goes to show why we'll use them for years to come. read more

You know, sometimes you get more than what you paid for! Who doesn't love THAT? I am in California and wanted to send flowers to friends in Bloomingdale IL. I wanted them delivered by a local florist. A Google search yielded several florists. But, I fell in love with the "Parisian Wanderer" arrangement shown on Brianna's Flowers website. I called, and spoke to an extremely friendly and helpful lady. She understood what I wanted. I ordered the Deluxe size. I LOVE good customer service. It was a fun call. The order was placed. In thanking us, our friends in Bloomingdale sent a photo of the arrangement on their dining room table. I have to say, Brianna's did an extraordinary job. The arrangement was beautifully pink and perfect. I am so happy. Thank you, Brianna's. read more

Ordered two arrangements (one for the holidays and one for a congratulatory gift). Both weee beautiful and the recipient were very pleased.

It was my first time in this shop and I was not disappointed. Every employee was very kind and friendly. When I said I was looking for a bouquet, they were more than happy to help. All I was asked was which type of flowers/colors I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Just with that they made a lovely bouquet of flowers for my sister and nicely wrapped them up with a ribbon. I would highly recommend coming here, as I will be revisiting soon. read more

Nice shop, lots of choices for pre made arrangements and plants. They offered to make a custom arrangement as well - on the spot!

Absolutely the BEST flower-shop experience I have ever had -- and I have ordered a lot of flowers over the years. Besides offering some of the most gorgeous, full, colorful, exotic, and fresh flowers, the customer service at Brianna's Flowers is unparalleled. When my gift recipient received my order, they were wowed. In fact, someone from their office wrote, "WHOA that was probably the most beautiful flower arrangement I've ever seen!" -- It doesn't get any better than that! read more

I have been going to this place since my high school homecoming/prom days. My last experience pretty much sealed the deal, and I'll probably head here for all of my floral needs. Sometimes I ask extraordinarily specific or random questions to test the salespeople's knowledge or get them off my back if they are hovering. So this particular day, I walked in and sputtered out "Hi, I'm looking for a flower that says 'hey, we're not really serious yet, but I wanna be,' what do you suggest?" She immediately responded with, "gerber daisy". The flower was a hit with the lady friend. Bravo, Brianna's Flowers, bravo. read more

Stopped at Brianna's to get flowers for a birthday. I walked in and while they were busy, they were able to help me immediately. We talked about what I wanted in the arrangement and my price range and the florist put together a beautiful arrangement in no time. The prices were fair with what other places typically charge and they did make a nice arrangement with a good vase and decorated it up. read more

Finding a florist shop these days is a rarity. Brianna's is nearby the facility I teach at and I finally stopped into Brianna's Flowers last week. I was immediately greeted and assisted by Nancy. She was very fast, friendly, and efficient in asking me exactly what brought me into the shop on that day. She asked my price range and assisted in helping me create the perfect bouquet for my aunt. Nancy even explained to me what the flower I liked was called (though I cannot recall at this moment). I *HIGHLY* recommend Brianna's to everyone in the Bloomingdale/Glendale Heights Area--and those who might work in this area and be in need of the perfect gift for someone special. read more

My wedding was on 11-2-14 and I just needed my bouquet and a few corsages and boutonnieres. I actually went to Flowers By Christine in Bartlett first since it was by my house, but they said they were too busy to talk with me and were incredibly rude :( I went to Brianna's Flowers with my mom and the two ladies working were so sweet and seemed excited to show me their ideas. I showed them a photo of a bouquet on Pinterest and they said they could do just that! I picked up the bouquet and the other items the day before my wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous! I am very upset that I had to toss my bouquet at me wedding because I wanted to keep it!!! :-P I am uploading a photo of the bouquet, but I will try to post another better picture when I obtain the photos my photographer took. read more

Brianna's Flowers - My beautiful bouquet from Brianna's Flowers! - Florists Near Me - Bloomingdale, Illinois

The red headed lady who assisted me was very nice and accommodating. We came in on a whim for flowers with no call or request. The lady who helped us suggested different things for us when they weren't available. The reason why I gave it 3 stars was not cause of the woman who helped us but the others that were working there. They all work in close quarters and were micromanaging this poor woman. When I asked for a certain flower a different woman who didn't even know what I wanted automatically told me no! She didn't listen to what we were talking about but inserted that they couldn't do it. I was taken back, I mean I get its Mother's Day weekend but I wanted like 5 single roses. Really not a big deal.. But after she saw my horrified face and I explained what she wanted she was like oh ok... We then asked for baby's breathe and a different woman told us we couldn't use the one she was working with. We didn't even ask for the one she was working with, it was so odd and uncomfortable. It was overall a pretty bittersweet first experience there. read more

I ordered Mothers Day flowers for my mom a little early this year. They were delivered on Tuesday, and Mothers Day was that following Sunday. The 1st picture was taken the day they were delivered, the second picture was taken on Mothers Day (5 days later). They did a beautiful job with the flowers. They were excellent quality & delivered next day by 1pm. I will most definitely utilize this florist again. read more

I was looking for an additional gift for my wife's birthday. I've always seen this place driving around but never stopped in. I told the lady at the counter what I'm looking for and what I'm looking to spend. She custom designed a flower package and wrapped it up super nice too. The best part is this was a week ago and the flowers she put in the Viagra infused water still look fresh today! Thanks. read more

I ordered flowers for my elderly Aunt's birthday the day before. When I called to wish her Happy Birthday at 11:00 am they had not delivered her flowers yet. I called the florist at 2 pm and was told, no they had not been delivered yet.... I was told if I had asked for them to be delivered asap they would have done that!!!!!! I have never heard such crap in from a florist before. I stated it was a birthday gift when ordering..... they day is almost over.... For Heaven's Sake!!!! I will never order from this florist again! And I paid $10 for delivering the order that has sat and sat at the florists. Very bad service. I shouldn't have to ask for them to be delivered ASAP. Too many excuses. read more

The flowers sent were lovely...and they were wonderful in fulfilling a last minute order. Only issue was the card. The recipient's name is Kyla, not "Klya"...honest typo. But it was supposed to be from Dad & Courtney. Somehow, somebody took it upon themselves to add a "Mom" to it. Kyla's mom abandoned her; she is not part of her life...seeing "Mom" added to it stung a little, for Kyla and for her father and I. But again, the flowers were very pretty. read more

I always try to find a local florist, when having flowers delivered. I was very happy with the flowers I ordered from Brianna's, for my sister after she had surgery.
