About a month ago, my son was headed to his sophomore homecoming. I called early in the week to order his date a wrist corsage. The call went fine except that the employee didn't know their hours on Saturdays. And didn't have any way to find out. That seemed weird. I mentioned it when I arrived on Saturday morning and learned that the hours vary because of weddings and other special events. This made a little more sense.
