All we got were 6 yellow roses, a few white hydrangeas and some sticks. See photo below. I was extremely embarrassed to have my name associated with such a cheap arrangement. The cut flowers have been fresh and lasted considerably longer than a fresh cut bouquet from other places I have previously shopped or ordered from. In a world where the customer service scale usually hovers around "Mediocre" for most establishments, the customer service from T&C has been a 10 star experience. Madelyn is an artist at flower arrangement and has demonstrated an ability to collect my cryptic descriptions of what I envision and create a collection that pleases the eye and stimulates the senses. This is my "go to" floral shop. Five stars for quality plus five stars for customer service plus five stars for the smile factor prompted by a T&C delivery, equals a five star review and one very pleased and loyal customer!
