First time here. Asked if they could make a nice bouquet. Gave a price I wanted to spend, and they built this up in just a few minutes from scratch. Very friendly service. Turned out looking great! I asked for a mix of colors and flowers. Wife loves it. We've lived near by a few years. Wish I came here sooner. read more

BLOOMIN' GREAT! I called Paradise Florist and spoke with Diba to order a corsage for my mom's 90th birthday. Because of her age and frailty, I wanted something "light" but not like a boutonniere. He suggested spray roses, as they are smaller. When I simply said "make it pretty" he promised that his wife, the designer, would know just what to do. He was right! When we picked it up, Mrs. asked what the occasion was and when we told her, she said "I am HONORED to have made this for her." Her sincerity and kindness only added to the lovely and perfect corsage for my mom's special day. I am so glad to have found them - wish I'd known about them years ago! I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again. read more

We have used this business for over 30 years and they've never failed us. From boutonnieres to corsages when our kids were in high school to weddings, anniversary celebrations and today, a baby shower. The flowers were amazing! They outdid themselves. We had 16 small vases and one big bouquet in a vase. It was just a beautiful presentation. We have never had an any issues with this business. Everything is always on time. And as busy as they can be at times they always smile and make time to talk to you. Thank you to Paradise Florist for making our event so beautiful and memorable. read more

This is my go to florist for 30yrs. Never had a bad experience. Flowers are stunning every time. Even used them for our wedding last year.

Best florist I've ever been to. Not only is the owner an amazing woman, the arrangements are gorgeous every time. Used them based on a family recommendation for my own wedding last year and all I told her was the color of the bridesmaid dresses (royal blue) and to do whatever she wanted. Did not disappoint!!! Loved them so much I just ordered flower arrangements for my parent's 50th anniversary. read more

They went above and beyond! I needed flowers and balloons for a graduation last minute and found this florist on Google. I called them to ask what they had for graduation flowers with a ballon and mentioned around when I'd be there. When I arrived they had all the options picked out for me to choose from and even found a cute graduation-themed stuffed animal. They have fresh flowers in their shop and I was able to create my own bouquet of flowers which they put together expeditiously! They treated me like family, like they really cared about how everything turned out and to help me as quickly as they could. Would definitely recommend! read more

Worst customer service ever. Bought flowers for daughter & friends for Fremd Prom. Some of the flowers were were wilted & half dead. Went back and asked for a refund for the one bouquet that was very wilted. They refused which was unbelievable. They then offered to fix that bouquet and call me back to pick them up. Of course they never called back. Avoid this store! read more

Coming in from out of state to see parents stopped by and picked up flowers for mom as was driving from the airport to their home and found this amazing florist. The owner made the most beautiful arrangement on the spot working in my mother's favorite colors. My mom raved on how beautiful the arrangement was and how long it lasted. Then fast forward to her birthday called the florist up and again they worked with me to customize another arrangement for my mom's 90th birthday. Their dedication to detail and customer service is excellent and highly recommended!!! read more

My friend recommended this place as I was looking for a place where I could buy some great flowers for a very special occasion. I then immediately went in here because I also wanted to personally see if it was really a good one. It really is a good one. The service is excellent. The owner is so nice. She is friendly, and she is also very accommodating. I told her my concerns, and she gladly showed me their freshest and most wonderful flowers. The good thing about my experience here is that I got to choose the flowers on my own and, of course, the owner was with me, suggesting and at the same time recommending what would be a good combination of my chosen ones. I gave her time to arrange it properly, and I just came back to the store when it was finished. The result was definitely amazing. I specifically requested a bouquet, and it looks really gorgeous. The arrangement was perfect. The flowers are fresh. It looks beautiful and smells good too. This is definitely the best place to order or buy wonderful flowers and anything related to flowers. They were so accommodating, and I was just really glad that I was able to buy from them at the last minute. I highly recommend this florist. read more

I ordered some flowers online through teleflora and was fulfilled through Paradise Florist. I am very disappointed with what was delivered. The flowers used were half bloomed or buds so the bouquet looked very sparse. I was looking forward to sharing my love and appreciation to my partner, but the flowers delivered left me feeling disappointed. I wish Paradise Florist could've fulfilled on their execution. Instead, I was left feeling like they were just trying to cut on quality to make some extra bucks. Please be cautious when ordering through Teleflora or Paradise Florist. read more

Please, do NOT use this florist. They have zero care about customers. And basically zero customer service. I had a huge disappointment after coming home from the hospital and finding this stringy 10 stem flowers surrounded by tons of greenery that cost my friend $71.00 to send. I contacted them and they could have cared less but instead blamed the entire poor arrangmeent which they created, on a third party florist intermediary. Ridiculous. Simple fix, to satisfy the situation could have been remedied immediately. I'm going to be posting in many places to alert people to a possible outcome. So many great, talented Floral designers in our area, Bloomers, for example, in EGV! read more

Very beautiful flowers very helpful and kind the best around will be back soon !!!!!!!

We had been looking into bigger flower companies, and they were all so expensive and didn't offer very good customer service. Then a family member recommended Paradise Florist for our wedding. We met with Patty, and we could tell she was very experienced. She was willing to work with our budget. She knew which flowers would work best with it, and still make our wedding look amazing! All I had to do was show her a few pictures of the type of bouquets that I liked, and she knew exactly what to do. All of our flowers were gorgeous and super healthy looking. My bridesmaids and I received so many compliments on our bouquets. I definitely recommend this florist to any bride! (Will update with photos) read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM PARADISE FLORIST - YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I consider it a bait and switch. I ordered a Teleflora New Sensations arrangement for $150 and got an arrangement that looked worse than something I could have picked up at Costco or the local Jewel. Only one flower was used from the arrangement I requested. Patty who is one of the owners was the person who took my order, created the arrangement and then refused to refund my money unless she drove to collect the arrangement from the person it was sent to. I will try and post the pictures of both arrangements so you can judge for yourself. read more

We ordered a funeral arrangement and we were so so disappointed... so much so, I went to express my disappointment in person on a $200 arrangement...absolutely no satisfaction, no credit, nothing except a promise of a better job the next time, "hopefully for a happier occasion". For a company in business for 32 yrs, the customer satisfaction was abominable. Will NEVER return. read more

I found out it was Bosses Day at 12:30 pm on Bosses Day. I did not have a gift for my boss. Someone suggested I call Paradise Florist, and that was the best referral ever! Not only were they able to deliver my flowers by 5:00 pm, they also were inexpensive compared to the florists nearby. I ordered the flowers around 1 pm. My boss called me at 4:15 pm and gushed over how beautiful and fresh the flowers were, and said it was the prettiest arrangement she had ever seen! Thank you so much, Paradise Florist. You saved the day! #bestfloristever read more

I've been meaning to write about them for a while and it seems I'm the first one too (Yelp, do I win a prize or something?..LOL), but seriously these guys are awesome. I've been coming here for years and they've always done outstanding work. I'm not sure what they do, but the flowers I buy for my girlfriend last forever. I once bought her Mom a poinsettia from them last year (December) and it was still alive during July!!! They're the florist of my choice and I'll never go anywhere else. Protip: Ask for Patty (the owner), she's incredibly friendly and makes you feel like you're part of the family. read more

From the start, I had a great experience. I needed corsages and boutonnieres for my wedding party and I want to order them from a local, family owned business. I contacted Paradise Florist and spoke with Patti who designed them, and let me say she has a very good eye for color and design! She was communicative throughout the whole process and even told me how to care for the flowers to keep them fresh as they accompanied me to the venue out of state. My order was customized according to my color scheme and Patti created something beautiful and unique, just for me. I would would absolutely order from Paradise Florist again! read more

I looked online for a florist near me for my son to get a corsage for his date for prom. I drove to the address on the site and it wasn't there?! I called the number online and it said I have reached the mailbox for silk paradise and the mailbox is full? I then googled silk paradise and got a different address. Drove to that location and according to the hours on the door, they were open. We got out of the car and went to go in only to find the door locked and were actually closed? I don't understand why a flower shop would be closed at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon, but they were and had no note on the door or anything explaining why they would be closed when their hours were posted that they were open until 5. Oh well...their loss. Based on the confusion online, their voice mail box being full, and, the two different address', etc...it's probably a good thing we didn't go there. read more

I have been a customer of Silk Paradise Florist for about 2 years now. My father recommended me the store, since he has been getting flowers for my Mom for years from them. I ONLY GO TO Silk PARADISE FLORIST FOR FLOWERS NOW, THEY ARE THE BEST. Every time I order flowers be it on a last minute need or planned in advance, I am treated like Family by to two amazing owners. I come in and say work your magic, be it my Mom's Mothers day, my Aunts Birthday, or my Grandmother's recovery in the hospital. I get an amazing assortment that even left my Mom's in tears (She loves the Purple Roses the most). One top of awesome assortments and 15 out of 10 customer service, all my arrangements have lasted much longer than any of the other arrangements from the other shops in the town. If you live in Hoffman Estates and need flowers make this shop you first and only destinations for arguments that will bring joy to those you love in life! read more

So I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday on line. I received online confirmation that same day (4days before delivery date) indicating order was received. On the delivery day my mom asked what time was delivery because at around 2:30pm they still weren't there. I called the shop and talked to the woman who identified herself as the owner. She placed me on hold to call her driver who said he would be there in 15-20 minutes. Ok fine. My mom called 2 hours later to say they still weren't there. I called back and was placed on hold again and she told me that nobody was home so the driver placed them behind the door. Called my mom and no one rang the door and no flowers behind any door. Called back and was given drivers cell number to check the problem MYSELF. Long story short, the flowers were behind the door for a different deliver to Inverness. Called the woman and now she tells me she had a computer problem and just now printed out the order. She refused to take responsibility saying that how is a computer problem her fault? This is the worst customer service I have had from any business! Do not take your chances as this place didn't care that it was almost 6pm and now I had nothing for my sister's birthday! When I originally called I told her my name and that it was a delivery to Inverness. If she had any sense she would have gotten more details to figure out the problem instead of wasting 3 hours letting me think they were getting delivered. read more

If you want the arrangement you ordered and paid for delivered, DO NOT USE PARADISE. Picked out a $40 arrangement on line for delivery to a friend. What they received was Daisys thrown in a plastic case; total cost maybe $5. The arrangement chosen included roses and other more expensive flowers; all they delivered was Daisys. This is out and out theft. Stay clear of this business!! read more
