Received my statement reflecting pro-rated charges for the landline cancellation, but NOT the Internet. Contacted Customer Service Loyalty who couldn't explain why 1 service reflected cancellation and the other did not when they were both cancelled simultaneously. Further more, I would have to wait a full billing cycle before the adjustment would be communicated to me. In the meantime, I was still expected to pay the Internet bill. No other statements have had billing discrepancies that were not immediately resolved over the phone. This just reconfirms my decisions to cancel AT&T.

He was very knowledgeable and when the transfer didn't work out he had a Plan B ready to go. Being a Saturday, the store got very busy. He and the other employee handled everyone with efficiency. While doing that, he regularly checked on the progress of my data transfer (which took a long time). I would go to Quintez with any phone issue and highly recommend him to others.

She worked with Gio who also sold her home fiber internet that was quoted at $65 a month before a promotion after a promotion and setting our bill on auto pay our internet would be $42 a month she was also promised a $250 dollar gift card too. Pretty sweet right except for the fact that everything Gio sold her/us on was a lie just so Gio could make some commission I guess. Our gift card that we were promised that was going to come in the mail never came after the first month of service our internet bill went up to $75 a month. So I had to repeatedly call customer service to get this corrected and after 3 separate calls my bill still hasn't changed and now I'm going to cancel my internet and go back to my old provider because for some reason AT&T doesn't wasn't to hold up their end of this deal that Gio sold us on. After 10 minutes of being totally ignored, we left and went across the street to BestBuy, where we were greeted immediately and helped within minutes. Now she has 2 phone lines but one is a phantom line, and when speaking to the store they refused to help, gave the run around and finally told her to "stop calling the store". Now there is a fraud claim being investigated by ATT for these men who decided to prey on an elderly woman and increase their numbers for their own gain. All the while depleting the tight budget of an old person who can't afford 2 phone lines especially when one doesn't even exist in the world!! Horrid people. Liars. Scammers. Just awful. I hope they are fired when the fraud claim against them is done.
