I went to this store a week ago to get wireless internet and new phones. They weren't open much later, so I got the internet and said I would come back for phones. An associate, Ty, told me that I could bring the modem for the internet back within 14 days and they would just cancel the deal "like it never happened". Fast forward to today, I had already received my first bill for the internet service. I saw the bill was higher than expected so I went back to the store to ask about the discrepancy as well as get the new phones I had planned on. It turns out, Ty had put me on an upgraded plan without telling me, which is why my bill was higher than I expected. When I pointed out that I had not agreed to a higher plan, he immediately got an attitude. Nevertheless, I proceeded to ask questions about the available plans and the differences in speed...which neither him or the girl there could answer. When his attitude continued, I said just return the modem and cancel it. At this point, they said they could take the modem, but I had to call and cancel. I told them that was another lie now. Ty was getting pretty agitated at this point and so was I, so I told him not to talk to me anymore and just return the item. The girl decided to chime in at that point and claim what I was told weren't lies...even though she wasn't there when the conversation took place, so she would have no idea what was said. So, I told her not to talk to me anymore and just return the item. On my way out, she threw in a nice little "Have the day you deserve", as if I was the one who had lied to them about which plan they were being put on and that it could be easily cancelled. I'm not sure how places like this stay in business. I can see someone going there once, but after dealing with all these lies and self righteous attitudes, I can't see ever wanting to deal with them again. T-mobile is supposedly going to credit back my account for the week I had the service now, but that was after explaining the situation to them. It never was going to be a 14 day trial period like Ty had claimed. read more

Don't go here!!!!! They are not an authorized dealer and will lie lie lie about everything to get you to buy or upgrade with them. The store manager Zachery is the most disrespectful and dishonest person you'll ever meet and apparently his district manager is in on all of it. Told us the phone had water damage guess what it doesn't. Call T-Mobile to set up services they are the sweetest but stay away from this store. read more

Worst experience, we chose T-Mobile because they had the best deal at the time. They advertised if you switched your provider, they would pay your old phone off or give you $830 in Promotional credits. That was not the case, the sales man did not know what he was doing. The manager of the Decatur store needs to train his employees better. Had to go back and forth four times to the store & we still did not get what they told us we would get. Didn't even get an apology from the store manager for all the problems we had. My advice, don't go to Decatur T- Mobile go somewhere where they know what they are doing. RWS read more

The Decatur store is a total shit show. the manager is a complete jerk. They tried to force me into a second . The salesman are not trained and they have no idea what they're doing. They screwed my order up so bad I had to go to the Denton store on university Street. The manager at the university location straightened everything out for me and agreed that store in Decatur is horrible. Save yourself some time and heartache and just drive into Denton to that store. read more

Great clean store with knowledgeable staff. Lots of live demo phones and Bluetooth speakers to test our before you buy. This store offers all the same pricing and deals of a corporate T-Mobile store, and you get to shop local. The wait time is short compared to the stores in Denton and Alliance and I feel like you get a better experience because the reps aren't rushed to help you at this location. I've always had a great experience at the Decatur, TX store. read more

They deserve zero stars. I had to greet the employees upon arrival and the first thing out of there mouths was "where's my mask?" I have a health condition and haven't had a bit of trouble with other retailers in Decatur. They made me go outside to y'all where it was 102 and no shade. The employee then proceeded to talk as fast as he could and give incomplete answers to my questions. You would think an 18 year sprint customer who they inherited would get more respect than this. Needless to say I'll be switching to another carrier instead of deal with these people again. read more

If I could give this place a review with zero stars I would. I have been a customer of T-Mobile for about 2 years know. The other day my son and I went in to see about getting him a new phone. There were 3 young girls in the store working. They asked how they could help us and I said we were interested in the galaxy 8. When they found out I was an existing customer they weren't as friendly as when we first walked in. One of the girls showed us the galaxy 8. The sign on the display said zero down $30 a month. While we are looking at the phone the girl tells me it will be a $300 down payment. I said no I don't think so. She shows me another phone. This one has a sign saying it's on sake for $225. The girl proceeds to tell me I can get that phone foe $250 down and $25 a month. Really!!! I'm going to give you $250 for a $225 phone plus pay $25 a month for 2 years!!! Was she high or just stupid?? I said thanks but no thanks. Went home and called T-Mobile. Spent about 10 minutes on the phone with a nice agent. The next day UPS delivered my galaxy 8. No money down, free shipping and still the $30 a month payment. Don't know if these people at this store are pocketing the money or what but something isn't right. read more
