By far the worst internet service provider I have ever dealt with in my life. I have had nothing…read morebut problems with Minet. From ridiculously high prices for ridiculously low internet speeds, to non-existent customer service/ tech support this company really has nothing going for them. The most recent chapter in my tale of woe and disappointment from Minet happened this week. I am currently on day 4 of not having internet service due to "equipment failure" and there is no ETA on when service will be restored. When I tried to reach their after hours support staff all weekend, over 10 calls, I was met with a voice recording saying that they knew there was a problem and they had no estimate on when it would be fixed. If Minet can't compete with the reliability and customer service of their competitors, they shouldn't be charging the same price, or in my case more.
