I don't have really much that I can say about the service here, but when I was there it was quick at that time. Actually I needed to buy a charging cable for my Ipad and they had what I needed. This particular store I've noticed isn't very busy daily which is good for a customer who needs to start phone service and get in and out. At times, I've seen them with maybe 7-8 people in the store at once. This also could be because there's another T-Mobile maybe a quarter of a mile down the street. The employees I did find are knowledgeable about the different services and plans. I will most definitely come back to this store. It's like I have 2 to choose from. read more

Visited this T-Mobile location because I was having issues with my phone and service. I was greeted when I walked in. I just want to say that Rae was a lifesaver. She helped me sort out my phone/data issue and my bill. She was super helpful and patient. I will definitely go back to see her as needed! read more

The customer service at this location is severely lacking. Employees were rude and dismissive to a customer who had a week earlier renewed the contract on two phones. The young man who waited on me was rude and apparently put out that I came in for help transferring data to a new phone. The sales person the week before that ordered my phones said they would be more than happy to help with that when my phones were shipped to my house. A week earlier I watched the same young man spend well over 40 minutes with someone he knew. There was a mix up by the original clerk who neglected to order the iPods promised to existing customers. Personnel at the store said that promotion had ended 3 days ago even though I ordered the phone a week earlier. As the manager talked to me and explained there was nothing I could do, the male clerk walked behind the counter, sat cross legged on top of the back counter and played on his phone. It is painfully obvious that this clerk and the manager are only interested in providing quality service to a specific demographic category. read more
