Very dishonest store went to switch my phone from one carrier to T-Mobile . I received very…read morelittle help when an issue accrue trying to port my number. I was traveling the following day so I was desperate to have my phone working. I was told they couldn't help me. I step out called T-Mobile on the phone and got a super nice and patience representative which took her time to help me. she got my number ported so I went back inside with her on the line to explain what would be their next step to finish the transaction action after explaining it to them i was told they no longer needed to speak with her. Silly me not knowing they just cut her out of the commission she worked for. I told them what phone I wanted which was 256g . i was told that color was not in store so I would have to wait. I could not wait because I was going to travel so I settled for another color. if the phone wasnt given problem for me to take it to get repair I wouldn't have knew the crooks sold me a phone with 156g. it took me 5 months to realize. I stop by to complain and was told the store only carry phones with 156g that was my confirmation that they are aware. To any who goes there please check your device and confirm you are being sold what specifically ask and pay for . Shady place and team members.
