Very dishonest store went to switch my phone from one carrier to T-Mobile . I received very little help when an issue accrue trying to port my number. I was traveling the following day so I was desperate to have my phone working. I was told they couldn't help me. I step out called T-Mobile on the phone and got a super nice and patience representative which took her time to help me. she got my number ported so I went back inside with her on the line to explain what would be their next step to finish the transaction action after explaining it to them i was told they no longer needed to speak with her. Silly me not knowing they just cut her out of the commission she worked for. I told them what phone I wanted which was 256g . i was told that color was not in store so I would have to wait. I could not wait because I was going to travel so I settled for another color. if the phone wasnt given problem for me to take it to get repair I wouldn't have knew the crooks sold me a phone with 156g. it took me 5 months to realize. I stop by to complain and was told the store only carry phones with 156g that was my confirmation that they are aware. To any who goes there please check your device and confirm you are being sold what specifically ask and pay for . Shady place and team members. read more

Service is very sporadic even in a large metropolitan area like Atlanta, much less when on trips in less populated areas. Customer service is hit or miss when it comes to addressing issues. read more

I dropped by to visit this spot for the first time also. Very small store, not equipped for a large crowd. You may be able to get 20 people max and that's with packing them in like sardines. Customer service is great at that store but the size of it has no comfortability level if you ask me. read more

Utter waste of time going in this store. THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING CORRECTLY!! Most recent waste of time they applied my payment to someone else's account. THEY never identified the error! Only AFTER I was threatened with discontinued service and $ 20 per line reinstatement fee that I figured out what they had done. Of course after spoon feeding the "experts" on the phone what was wrong will still take 7-10 days to get the $ back in my account as I had paid the bill AGAIN This month they have misapplied payment, charged me roaming fees for leaving the country (never did), and assorted other "fees" my average on the $120 4 line account is about $175. they have also incorrectly activated my phone and did not apply the 30% discount to cases & protective glass that they told me they would. Long wait in store and on Customer service line. Don't do it. They suck. read more
