This store ran an Instagram advert, and I noted they had good pricing on both screen replacement and battery. I inquired and was responded to within 5 mins. We set a time range for the next day, I went to his store and am very impressed with Nadar's service and pricing. Was a good guy who is fluent in both Spanish and English (dual passports). I value quality service at a fair price and this place fits the bill. On some sites it noted they are open until 8, but I think it is 7pM. I asked the owner about the one poor review and he noted that his father had passed away out of the country and couldn't get anyone reliable to service the store on that day the review referenced. So I hope this 5 star review can continue to counter balance the one poor review. I will continue to come here for my cell phone service needs.

Was told I couldn't change the phone number of a line and just needed to add a new line and that I would then have to call an 800 number to cancel it. Well what they didn't tell me was that if I cancel a line within 90 days of adding a service, I would lose the discounts on that phone. I specifically asked the agent if my plan was staying the same and he said yes. However he made the new line a higher priced plan, added insurance to it, and then added insurance to the main line on the account without my knowledge or consent. Just call ATT for upgrades, do not go into this store. Authorized retailers are 3rd party and work on commission so when they add stuff to your line, they get paid and you have to call att to have it removed anyway. Skip these shady middlemen.

I had 5 people ahead of me and I was seen instantly and that's a plus. They have between 3-4 reps working the same time so it's very quick. It wouldn't be nice of me to judge all stores the same due to customer service received at this location vs other locations. Some places you'll spend a lot of time and for the most part many people don't have that type of time to waste. They want to be in and out.

I was traveling the following day so I was desperate to have my phone working. I was told they couldn't help me. I step out called T-Mobile on the phone and got a super nice and patience representative which took her time to help me. she got my number ported so I went back inside with her on the line to explain what would be their next step to finish the transaction action after explaining it to them i was told they no longer needed to speak with her. Silly me not knowing they just cut her out of the commission she worked for. I told them what phone I wanted which was 256g . i was told that color was not in store so I would have to wait.
