Actually I needed to buy a charging cable for my Ipad and they had what I needed. This particular store I've noticed isn't very busy daily which is good for a customer who needs to start phone service and get in and out. At times, I've seen them with maybe 7-8 people in the store at once. This also could be because there's another T-Mobile maybe a quarter of a mile down the street. The employees I did find are knowledgeable about the different services and plans. I will most definitely come back to this store. It's like I have 2 to choose from.

I was traveling the following day so I was desperate to have my phone working. I was told they couldn't help me. I step out called T-Mobile on the phone and got a super nice and patience representative which took her time to help me. she got my number ported so I went back inside with her on the line to explain what would be their next step to finish the transaction action after explaining it to them i was told they no longer needed to speak with her. Silly me not knowing they just cut her out of the commission she worked for. I told them what phone I wanted which was 256g . i was told that color was not in store so I would have to wait. I could not wait because I was going to travel so I settled for another color. if the phone wasnt given problem for me to take it to get repair I wouldn't have knew the crooks sold me a phone with 156g. it took me 5 months to realize. I stop by to complain and was told the store only carry phones with 156g that was my confirmation that they are aware.
