Since phones are as important to teens as breathing, I knew I needed to act fast. I logged in to make and insurance claim and realized there would be a $159 deductible. I had been putting off getting her a new phone for a while anyway so instead of paying the deductible, I ordered a new phone. That is when I realized the issue. The phone would be sent overnight, but with the weekend and approaching holiday, that would mean no phone for almost five days. Have you ever tried not breathing for five days? I was about to break the news to my kid when I realized Verizon offers same day pickup from their local stores. Plus they had the new phone in stock! Crisis averted! It took about five or six hours for the phone to be ready. Once we arrived we were in and out in about two minutes. The process couldn't of been easier. Everyone we dealt with on the phone and in the store was awesome. If you're in the market for a new phone and know what you want, I strongly recommend you choose the same day pickup method. It helped us out considerably.

She started to transfer the data from my old phone. She was texting on her phone and talking to a coworker and kept playing with her hair, talking about why she ( the store manager) is working on a holiday. Monday was Columbus Day. After 5 minutes she got up did not say a word went to the back of the store then she left the store for a few minutes to get FOOD. When she came back in, she went in the back while I was sitting there, I guess, to eat her food. Another lady was waiting. She told her she would be right with her, but still proceeded to go eat her lunch. There was only one man named Terrel in the lobby at the time. I waited from over 30 minutes for me phone to download and she never came back to check on me. After 3 minutes My phone was finished, and she still did not come back to finish helping me. I had to call over the man (his name was Terrel) to PLEASE come finish heling me, I needed to leave. My phone was finished and I was there over 30 minutes. He deleted all info on the old phone; however, new phone was not set up right. I WAS VERY UPSET about this treatment. I recently moved to the area and this was my first time ( and last time) visiting this location. I have been to other locations and was always treated respectfully. This is ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!! I would like a regional manager to address this with JOE and put her through additional customer service training ASAP. From all the negative reviews on yelp and Google Maps, something needs to be DONE. I would like a regional manager over the store manager JOE or owner of this store to contact me. This matter has been reported to the BBB and corporate. I will not stop until this is addressed.

They fix all types of phones and devices, but specialize in the IPhone and Ipod Touch. If a small child decides that an Ipod Touch needs a drink of water, these are the guys you need to see. After the device took a swim it wouldn't work. Once it dried out it would power up, but immediately lock up and reboot. There is a $20 deposit which goes against any cost of repair. If they can't fix your device, you're only out $20. My device wasn't able to be completely fixed, but it will now stay on for more than 5 seconds. Sincere they couldn't get it good as new, I was only out $20. According to their sign, most repairs can be done while you wait. While there I saw them replace a screen on a shattered phone. It was very impressive. The employees were very friendly, helpful and honest. I highly recommend this place as your first attempt at repairing a damaged phone.
