This place is awesome. So awesome in fact that I am giving them five stars despite not being able to totally repair my device. The concept of the store is excellent. They fix all types of phones and devices, but specialize in the IPhone and Ipod Touch. If a small child decides that an Ipod Touch needs a drink of water, these are the guys you need to see. After the device took a swim it wouldn't work. Once it dried out it would power up, but immediately lock up and reboot. There is a $20 deposit which goes against any cost of repair. If they can't fix your device, you're only out $20. My device wasn't able to be completely fixed, but it will now stay on for more than 5 seconds. Sincere they couldn't get it good as new, I was only out $20. According to their sign, most repairs can be done while you wait. While there I saw them replace a screen on a shattered phone. It was very impressive. The employees were very friendly, helpful and honest. I highly recommend this place as your first attempt at repairing a damaged phone. read more

Elite Phone & Computer Repair - Electronics Repair Near Me - Mandeville, Louisiana

Great customer service and fast response. Will be going back if I need anymore electronics looked at.

Awesome business to work with fixed my phone quickly and with genuine parts highly recommend

Great people and wicked fast service. Price was far less than expected. I will give them all my future business, for sure!

I love this spot. It always smell so good with nice candles burning. They are conveniently located on 22. The two guys there are very friendly and welcoming on the phone and in person. One of the guys remembered how many kids I had. He was very good. This was my third time using their services. They have several accessories to Mac products. As I waited, I indulged in a couple of magazines that decorated the table. There were several good options. The guys were determined to satisfy my needs. The only complaint I have is the place needs a quick dusting, cleaning and soft music in the background. read more

Don't use this service if you have insurance through your carrier. The prices are higher. Inquired on the benefit of using PhoneDoc versus insurance and I'll received was a generic pre loaded response. For $189 for a back iPhone glass, I would have liked to know the benefits of using their service. Another company quoted $85 so I will go with that better deal. Mandeville should not equal higher prices due to location. Edit: this business owner referred to my review as trolling and acted completely inappropriate. Complaints have been filed with BBB and other online review sites. read more

I got my Galaxy S4 ran over by a car and needed repairs to my phone. Too expensive to buy a new phone and too far out to renew my contract. I just did a Yelp search for Repair shops in the area and came across these guys. I researched the cost to make the repairs myself and determined it would be cheaper and less headache to just let a Pro do it. They quoted me 3 to 5 days for the part to come in and do the repairs. In 4 days my phone was finished and good as new. The labor was a tad high I thought....But after doing an Iphone digitizer and screen replacement it was well worth the cost in the long run. It is an unbelievable pain in the but to do these smart phone repairs on your own. About 5 hours for that Iphone repair. Good shop, friendly staff that is top notch and seem to know their stuff. read more

iPhone had a virus, I brought it in and they were very courteous. Upfront costing and put in extra effort to get working. Could not fix however, only charged initial fee nothing else for extra effort. Referred by several people. I will refer also. read more

Good quick service, up front honest guys! I've only been to their shop once and was very pleased! I was recommended to Phone Doc through AT&T. read more

In follow-up to my previous review, shortly after posting it I received a phone call from the owner of the company, Aaron. We discussed the matter at length, he was very apologetic about what happened, and shortly thereafter I received a call from Jonathan, apologizing as well. Aaron was so concerned, in fact, that he came to my office personally and installed the screen protector himself. Consequently, I would now highly recommend Phone Doc. Aaron has proven that if you have any problem with his company's performance, he will personally make it right. read more

Replaced cracked iPhone screen quickly and properly, phone is like new. Convenient, close to home and a quality job, highly recommend

Replaced screen glass on my iPhone 8+ within one hour. Friendly, fast, and excellent job on the phone. - it's like new! This is my second time and will come back again then next time my spastic fingers toss my phone across the room no reason. read more

I stopped by myPhoneMD because my iPhone was not functioning properly. As they were testing the phone they quickly found that the issue had either resolved on its own or had been fixed by a quick cleaning. Either way, I now have a fully functioning iPhone and it did not cost me a cent (I tried to pay, but they insisted that it was no trouble). My phone may work now, but if it ever ceases to function properly again, I will definitely be going back to myPhoneMD instead of the Apple Store. Good service goes a long way, and is as good as it gets! read more

I was crushed when my iPhone was dropped and shattered to pieces. I just walked in here & they fixed within an hour for $129.

As a technically challenged person, I've been to PhoneDoc numerous times. Usually the "issues" are not issues at all; I just don't know what I'm doing. The guys are always pleasant, always patient, and always helpful. I've talked mostly with Jonathan, who definitely knows the business and has resolved my little problems every time. Absolutely recommend this place and will continue to pester them! read more

Phone would not charge. These guys found the faulty wire, fixed it in an hour, saved my life. $86, a bargain.

My phone wouldn't take a charge, thought maybe I needed a new port on my iPhone. They looked into the port with magnifier, pulled and blew out some lint, good as new in 3 minutes. read more

I am sorry to say that I seem to go to the IPhone Doctor too often, but always thankful that this business exists. The guys are always willing to trouble shoot right on the spot if no one is in the store. They will give you their honest opinion about the potential for a 100% repair or whether the repair is only a 50/50 shot. Could not be happier to have IPhone Doc to turn to. read more

I judge services by on time, on budget, and quality. The Phone Doc met all of these criteria exceptionally well. They were easy to deal with and the work was done. I rely on my phone for work, and I had minimum downtime. read more

Great place to have your phone fixed. Service is awesome and staff are very friendly. Thanks guys!!!

First class service !!! And they sell the best cases so you don't have to make another trip because of a cracked screen!!

These guys are fast and good. They totally took care of me although I had a major issue. Thx!

I brought an iphone to In and Out repair and they tried one thing and couldn't fix my husband's phone, which was severely damaged. I grabbed the phone, took it to PhoneDoc in Mandeville and they jumped on the task and went above and beyond to get his data off of his phone and transferred to a new phone. Their expertise far outweighed that of the staff at In and Out and their service level was superb and top notch. Any phone repair take it to PhoneDoc immediately and trust their expertise! I saw it first hand and was very thankful! read more
