Dirt service, Dirt location, Dirt employees. Can't answer a d@mn phone, and their customer service needs a turn around

On 9/13/19 my wife and I were in the 4400 Central Ave. N.E. store to purchase two mobile hotspots. We were assisted in our purchase by Joseph Kenyon. We could not have been more impressed or pleased. The purchase required the devices to be sent to our home address and for us to return with the vehicles in which they would be installed. Joseph handled each aspect of the transaction and installation easily and quickly. While in the store, I had the opportunity to see how other customers were served. There was hardly any wait; they had sales persons of color and who spoke Spanish, so clearly this store goes out of its way to provide access and comfort to a diverse population. In addition, I was so pleased that their operations are that once you engage with a sales person, that person is your go-to staff even if you have to come back to the store for aspects of your purchase. I love T-Mobile but the people in this place have to go. I wish I couldn't even give them a star period, the workers were rude to all the customers including myself. Tmobile is a good company, but don't go to this store. I went in to add a line and they wasted two hours of my time for nothing. At the end he wouldn't even sell me a sim card, telling me that it's against his policy for him to sell me a sim card. I was in Team Mobile store from 4:35pm 11-12-20 until 6pm today. Young man with no mask on running around the store the whole time bumping into me and within inches 6 times and laughing. 2 employees with 1 customer each kept showing 6 to 9 different upsells never performing a transaction/sale. 50 minutes for 1. other never completed when I left1.5 hours later. 8 people waiting and swearing every word in the book. employees smerking and could care less. 7 minutes for 1 guy to open data card and snap in phone? young man butted infront of me and they allowed it. He just said pay my bill, they showed him 6 to 8 other items with no purchase. Finally got to ask my black friday sale questions for 90 seconds and laughing sales guy (both 60 years old) said oh thanks for your patients hahaha. He said no deals unless u add a line then free phone. I have had TM for years and got 24 emails and ads to go in for senior black friday sale and he just kept saying no, no, nothing available. 6 people still waiting 1.5 hours. read more

This store is full of scam. Be aware!. During December they had promotion--add a line and trade in eligible iPhone you will get iPhone XR. I traded in my iPhone and got XR just to release that I took the phone on credit. When I went back to the store and explained myself, I was told that the iPhone was not eligible. But then I wasn't told that when I was making the transaction. I got to talk to the manager. He told me that since he wasn't the December the. there is nothing he could do about it. Now an stake with 36month phone payment . I wouldn't have had a problem if I made the intention to buy the phone but I didn't . And , I was only given $54 for my iPhone 6 Plus. I would have donated my iPhone and paid the $54 instead but that didn't happen. Lost trust in T-mobile and their stores. read more

I like t-mobile but this store is dishonest. The rep Nur added cellphone insurance to my account despite clearly communicating to him that I didn't want it. It took 45 minutes on the phone with t-mobile to get it removed and they still billed me for it. read more
