Get the first bill on new plan, and it's almost $70 more each month. I go to the store to ask why/dispute new charge, and I have to handle any billing questions. Candidly, I was completely lied to about the new bill rate. After an hour of AI and "chat bots" I was finally able to get our bill back to previous amount. Complete waste of time actually going to the store.
