Barely looked up to say anything, he starred at his paper writing notes and when asked where something was he simply pointed. However, his shift was over so he passed us on to the next person (thankfully), his name was Eric. Eric made that connection with us and was so very helpful. He got us what we needed without any hesitation and he seemed to enjoy his job and helping others. If you go to this store hopefully you can get assistance from Eric but if you happen to get Milton good luck.

**Would not recommend this AT&T location to anyone.**…read more What should have been a simple phone upgrade turned into one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had. I visited this location to upgrade to an iPhone Pro. Gabriel confirmed it was in stock, completed the setup, transferred my data, and boxed the phone. At no point did I handle or verify the device before leaving because he completed the entire process for me. After leaving, I stopped at Best Buy to purchase accessories, where I learned I had actually been given an iPhone Pro Max instead of the iPhone Pro I specifically requested. Mistakes happen. The issue wasn't the mistake itself--it was how it was handled. I returned to the store within hours to exchange the phone. Rather than acknowledging the possibility of an error, Gabriel immediately became argumentative, repeatedly interrupted me, and continued speaking over me while I was trying to explain the situation to management, even raised his voice.  Management initially insisted I would have to pay a restocking fee because paperwork reflected the Pro Max model. However, neither my mother nor I were ever shown or asked to review that paperwork during the transaction. Seeing it afterward only confirmed that it had never been reviewed with us, despite my clearly requesting an iPhone Pro. I understand that stores have restocking policies, but management also has discretion. I returned the same day with an unopened phone seeking to correct an error that originated during the transaction. The ast. manager was professional and genuinely tried to help, but the overall experience was unnecessarily frustrating and lacked the level of customer service I would expect from AT&T. I hope management addresses both the communication issues and the way customer concerns are handled in the future. Oh yeah, the store manager absolutely refused to wave the restocking fee.
