This store is lazy ,the good thing it's always empty so no waiting but chances are there not going to help you unless your buying a phone

It's not that I don't recommend the business. I don't recommend this location. I went in. Nobody greeted me. I finally sat down on a bench at the back of the store. A young girl who could have been my Granddaughter or great Granddaughter hollers out "heeeey girllllll' . At first, I thought she was talking to one of her friends, but she was talking to me. When I walked in Inoticed she was giggling with somebody but I couldn't figure out if it was her or the other girl who was the employee. I cannot believe that she showed absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. A young man came out was much more professional, but apparently didn't know all that T-Mobile offered. My sister suggested I call the main number which I did and found lots of information from a very informed man. And I signed up. I hope I never have to go into the store. I don't know who the manager is. It didn't look like there was one on duty and obviously some people haven't been trained to act professionally in a business environment. read more

Excellent customer service! I can't speak for T-Mobile as a company or their business practices. I'm actually really disappointed with how much money I poured into this awful service provider. Leaving 5 stars for this specific location though. The staff here were very helpful and friendly while helping deactivate my phone lines. I came in with a happy demeanor and left the same. Thanks again Delilah (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) for the excellent customer service and all the help! I really do appreciate you going up and beyond in helping me today! If I decide to use T-Mobile again in the future, I'm certainly returning to this location. read more

Called the store to see if phone was available, they said yes. Got to the store and they tried to wrap me in with accessories in the disguise of being my "options", which I did not want at all and brought the monthly payment up by $15-25 extra dollars. Once we were clear that we only wanted the phone, the representative went to the back for 10 minutes where he spoke to manager and they decided they would not sell the phone unless we added the accessories on the equipment installment plan. They lied and said that they no longer had the phone despite trying to give me "options" for 20 minutes. They tried to give me more options except the one that I wanted, which is just the phone. I understand these stores have goals and pressure on them but this was a waste of both of our time and outright unethical. This is not the first time I have seen this practice in motion with this third party retailer. I like my service with T-Mobile, but these local stores practice some unethical sales techniques and take advantage of the local low-income community by coercing customers into installment plans with overpriced accessories in order to meet sales goals since they do not make commission from outright phone sales. I will no longer be dealing with T-Mobile retailers because of this experience. read more

Went in to T-Mobile to pick up a phone arrived at 6 it took them five minutes just to check us in the Personnel here is very slow they are very understaffed their service is not good at all it's taking them over 45 minutes to help us I will not come to this for again it's better off going to the one at the mall read more

Worst place ever the service is horrible. Manager is as useless as the employees working there. We had a upgrade and the T-Mobile located at vintage fair mall gave us a better service and a more logical price for our upgrade since we've been with T-Mobile for 3 years yet the parasites at T-Mobile here in Ceres wanted to charge us 100+ in tax?!!! Made no sense . I don't how how this place is still up and running and the main owners haven't fired these good for nothing employees who didn't even seem to care about their job. That's fine minimum wage I get it .. but if your not happy with your job don't take it out on the customers and GET ANOTHER JOB!! read more

My business partner and I went into this location to get a line for our new business. We both have T-mobile accounts and I personally have been with T-mobile since the very beginning in 2001. I love the phone service and their "call center" customer service is second to none. All that being said we entered this store and were greeted by Edgar. I instantly told Edgar we were already card carrying members but needed to open a brand new business account. He proceeded to make of offers that weren't options for our new business. After informing him once again that this had to be a stand alone line he informed us of the price and phones. Edgar asked my business partner for his information 4 separate occasions and we were both getting extremely agitated. We found out the phone we had planned on getting was no longer on special and was back to full price so we were forced to go with a basic phone for 1/4th the price. He proceeded to walk around the counter and grab a screen protector and case. I told him we weren't interested before he got back and he went straight into telling us why we should get them. I stepped closer to him and said "no", he then continued trying to sell us and I said "NO" again. He looked at me and said but.. and I said "NO" I then told him that was the 4th time I turned you down, No means no. You'd think even someone a bit slow would get the hint. He then asks why? I looked him straight in the eye and told him I wouldn't give him a dime more in commission let alone the 70% mark up of the garbage they offer. I asked him if he could compete with Amazon and that was finally it. After putting us on that phone (his idea) and going through all that with the case and protector he tells us the phone is out of stock. This was the end of my sanity. I told him we were not doing business with him and we left. We proceeded to go to the Metro PCS store at 2531 E. Whitmore in Ceres and we met our savior Karina. She hooked us up with a LG phone that was the size of my note 5 with a writable screen. The same phone was $259 at the T-mobile store.The price from Karina was $99 before tax. Karina was intelligent, very well mannered and actually knew her job. On top of the top notch customer service she was strikingly attractive. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the T-mobile Hatch store and go see Karina. read more
