Andy was extremely helpful and informative. I came in after going to an out of state T-Mobile Costco, inwhich they mailed me new phones, but I still required assistance setting up. Andy receives no commission on this service but he did it with a smile, patience and lots of helpful information. ***BEWARE*** I read the reviews and decided let's try this branch due to it having 5 stars! Don't know if I just went at wrong time or not but my fiancé and I walked into the store with our newborn hoping to set up new lines and get new phones. As we walked into the store, we realized that the store had just been "hot boxed" It was like I was at a Snoop Dogg concert. The 2 employees were nowhere to be found at first. They came up from the back looking half asleep. We started asking some simple questions and they started getting snippy. Very unprofessional to say the least. I hope this gets to who it needs too so a customer doesn't have to go through what we did. We called and left vm for the manager "Caleb" and haven't heard any response. Shocker. Go to the Kyle location by Target. You won't be disappointed with these idiots in Buda. read more

****GREAT****AWESOME**** I just switched to T-Mobile from Sprint, I really like the Veteran Plan and rebates on the IPhone X and 8. I live in South Austin and wanted to get out of the hustle and bustle of the big city. I chose the Buda location that is 5-10 minutes south of Austin, I am so happy that I did! I initially spoke with employee "Michelle" on the phone to check the phone colors available at their store. She was super friendly on the phone, I headed that way. I arrived and was fortunate the store was not busy and Michelle worked with me. She is super professional, a great representative for T-Mobile. She was super knowledgeable and patient, set up four new lines for me. This included four new phones, three of them keeping the existing numbers. She worked diligently until the job was finished, I left a happy customer! To me, hassling with new phones and a new contract is just slightly less painful than buying a car! It makes the process so much easier if you have a professional and courteous person to work with. Make the drive to Buda and ask for Michelle, you can't go wrong! I got such good service from Kellie, the manager of the Buda store. I took my old phone in. Half of its screen was blank, the other half was so hard to read that I couldn't transfer the data to my new phone. She spent a long time doing this and also put on a screen protector. We had been with Sprint for 22yrs and made the full switch to T-Mobile yesterday. Raegan and Jasten at the T-Mobile store on Main St. in Buda sincerely raised the bar in customer service. We were stuck in a lease contract that we were told would save us money but it was sucking us dry. These two young gentlemen were able to help us navigate a pretty difficult situation. We found a resolution were able to upgrade our phones and our plan that is saving us over $120 a month on our phone bill moving forward. They were patient and knowledgeable. I had to buy a new phone, the store manager assisted me and told me how to retrieve from my gmail account, everything from my old phone so it would transfer to my new phone. It didn't work. I took it in the next day and Michelle assisted me. Not only was she very nice, and very patient, she took the time to do the transfer for me. She also answered quite a few questions I had in general. As a senior, it is always nice when a young person treats us respectfully and patiently. She was so wonderful and I was so grateful for her help that I had to give her a hug before I left the store. She should be promoted to a management position, she has great people skills and was very knowledgeable. read more

I was not let down Had to switch my wife's phone over to her new one and Darrell was so helpful. Couldn't have asked for more. He even solved a problem that I was having with my phone while we were waiting for my wife's data to finish.
