Wifi has been cutting out several times per day over past week. Contacted tech support and they…read morewere supposed to drop by a modem to replace the one that they said was failing 3 days ago on Saturday so I wouldn't have to wait until after the Monday holiday to get it in the mail. I was told the technician would drop it by. It never came. No contact from them. Call today and was told by robot I would have a 2-hour wait to get through by phone. Frosting on the cake was I got a $30 increase on my bill, after I was told I would get a discount for the lousy modem over the last week. If I haven't had as bad experience experiences with a couple other providers, I would have dropped them long ago.

I have not been getting the proper service and a technician has visited twice with no improvement on WIFI. It keeps disconnecting or it freezes. I called to discount my service as of March 13th but was told my service will not be disconnected until the next billing cycle which is April 4. I have never any such thing. I was surprised to see that they charge my account for the bill not is not yet due until March 27th only because I just signed up for auto pay when I made my February payment. I was not forewarned. It is exhausting dealing with this terrible company. The biggest regret of my life. BE WARNED !!!! Please don't do business with this company. The package seems attractive but a total failure and a waste of time. Extremely disappointing!!!!

I went to this establishment after calling around to find a store that would provide the SIM card…read morefor a pre-paid service I was going to use. I spoke to Nemo on the phone and he told me not to go with that service, but to go with Simple Mobile because I would pay the same amount - $40/month plus I would have 4 GB of data and unlimited at a lower speed after and AND I would have unlimited 4G on Facebook. I went to the actual store a few days later to have my service switched. Nemo was at the store and assured me of what I just mentioned above. He also said my phone would work the same way. Well, it did not. I have an unlocked iphone 6 plus. From the time the services started, I have been unable to send any SMS messages to anyone that doesn't have an iphone. Additionally, I don't even receive messages from many of my friends who have phones other than iphones. I do not have unlimited 4G for Facebook and my visual voicemail is no longer active. I went to the store again today to try and get this issue resolved and Nemo denied telling me the information above. He said there wasn't anything he can do to fix ANY of my issues - although they were all created by using this service that he swore was "better." Frankly I feel like he just wanted to get me in the door to get whatever commission he is paid by bringing clients to Simple Mobile. Once this month's service is done, I have to switch to another service which means I have to also pay for another SIM card. I am extremely disappointed and will not be obtaining my new service through Wireless Vision. If you don't want to deal with dishonesty and incompetence, I would avoid this establishment entirely. There are too many mobile service locations to have to deal with nonsense of this type.
