I stopped by this location as it is right up the street from my gym. There were quite a few people in the store and all the customer service reps were busy helping people with this gizmo and that. I actually only had to wait about five minutes to be honest. I explained my issue and the service rep was very nice and not only talked me through how to check my minutes, but wrote it down for me. He also wisely advised me to buy a $10 card so my present balance (about $80) would roll-over for another year. He patiently explained how to add the minutes to my phone. Now I know I'll have my phone readily available when needed. I have been happy with my T-Mobile service since abandoning AT&T. I've never had a dropped call or any trouble what so ever.
