    Verizon is Amazing! I went and paid my Bill like I always do in person. I saw something that wasn't…read morequite right.I immediately called Verizon Customer Service and talked with Van.I told him what the problem was and he troubleshooted within 20 Minutes or less. I told him I am a Disabled Veteran on a very fixed income. Van then looked over the different promotions and gave me the Best Outcome. Van went through everything,he agreed with the fact that I was overpaying for my Mobile Service,Wi-Fi and Streaming Services and Apps for my Television He reduced my Bill for next Month April 2026 in the amount of $75 less and confirmed it right dead and there. I jumped up and hit my head on the ceiling I was overjoyed with the discount he told me would be ongoing.Van with awesome Customer Service just like all Verizon Products and Services are "Top Notch " soooo much better than Xfinity or others. They are superb and willing to help you anyway they can for anybody. I have told at least 15 of my friends who have left Xfinity due to there Nightmare of Overpaying ,Poor Customer Service done etc! but Verizon all 15 of my friends who switched thanked me when they switched to Verizon and are Very happy as I am .They have told me and others that Verizon is much Superior than any other Company that this is the Best Mobile,Wifi,and Television Streaming & Apps ever! Noone can compete with Verizon. I love Verizon and all my friends who switched to Verizon ditto.     This has been my go to store for new devices for over a decade. During that time, between my…read morehusband and I we have purchased well over a dozen apple phones, iPads and watches. The most recent phone purchase included a screen saver that started cracking within the first 24 hours, and NOT from dropping it. I should have gone in immediately but put it off and when I did call about coming in to have it replaced was informed that they could do it but I would have to pay for them to replace it. What? I've spent thousands with them over the years but when I would like something from them in return they're going to nickel and dime me? To make it even sillier I now see that these particular screen savers are problems mentioned all over on reviews everywhere. So, they pick a bad product, charge me to buy and install it, refuse to stand behind their choice and basically insult me when I call by inferring that surely I must have dropped it to have this problem! Congratulations, Verizon Mobile Phone Store on Sunset, on insuring this long standing customer will certainly take her business elsewhere in the future.
