Stolen Phone... I was ALMOST Screwed, but Kyle P. fixed a two week fiasco in about 2 minutes…read more Mid Feb I walk into a Verizon store, tail between my legs: Stolen phone... completely helpless (besides knowing North and South). Kyle comes over, gets me into our Verizon business account immediately. Tries to track the phone. Nothing, so he says we'll fix it. We talked briefly and he saved me from converting to Apple because he knows I was busy... and Android had polished out their problems (I got FIVE camera lenses, 2 TB storage, CLOUD) Cloud is cheap now. Then he put Lense protectors on. No learning curve. The new android w/ Cloud, backup, tracking. Kyle was concise and told me these are problems no more. He walked me thru it, everything went 10x faster than those days when Verizon stores made you essentially play Squid Games (without the horrific dark side of the show of course) He put a good phone case on, Camera Lense protectors. Extra Lense covers were only 15 bux. I was out of luck having my phone stolen, but he offered $800 back if I found it. Kyle gave me his card and said get ahold of me when you get to your laptop if you have trouble. I tried to verify my new phone/email... For two weeks... Two weeks later I called him, within minutes he got all my contacts, app verification. everything back in business. He even reinstalled my old # with my new area code # (All my contacts back. Logged back in. Back into Venmo) Should have reached out to him earlier. So I can go back to my businesses and my life. Kyle you are the definition of customer service. And this morning our main business opens for the spring season. The anxiety is gone.
