There were 3 staff persons available and no customers. Andrew S. was the person who assisted us with the upgrade. Initially, Andrew said they didn't have any iPhone 14 Pro Max in stock and it would need to be ordered, which she decided to do. Andrew decided to check the back and they had one available. Andrew also told us that a customer bought a watch and retuned it but never used it. Since my sis got a new phone, there was a $250 off deal for series 8 Apple Watch. It also had a $50 coupon on it. I decided to get it and upgrade my Apple Watch SE. There was a $35 activation fee for both the watch and the phone. Since the devices were still attached to other orders, Andrew had to call Verizon to remove/cancel them. This was what made the visit take FOREVERRRR! It started to get busy as well. At one point, all the agents were with people and there were 3 people waiting. After waiting a bunch of waiting, Andrew told us around 1:40pm that it was giving him a bunch of hassle with him canceling the order that was connected to the device. While I appreciate his attempts and I know that it's out of his control, we did waste like 30+ minutes. Andrew ordered the purple iPhone 14 pro max 128GB online. He said it would be here (in store)in a week. I paid for the activation fee for the Series 8 watch, obtained the watch from Andrew, and then we left. When I got back to my brothers house, I checked my email and saw the order placed but it said it was shipping to my house in 2 days... I hope that's wrong as it's not what we were told, especially as I live 1.5 hours away, but we shall see.

I said great I will get that and want the most basic phone package that is $45 a month as this is for my teenage daughter and she doesn't need anything elaborate. He said sure thing. I paid my taxes on the phone ($80ish) and left. Shocked is an understatement when I received my bill and my daughter's phone charge was $131.00! I called Verizon and they explained to me that I was being charged for the phone, along with the ultimate unlimited package and a hotspot package..!!! I told the guy what happened in the store and he said yes, this guy scammed you like a used car salesman! So staying on the phone for over 2hrs my daughter now has to get a new phone, return her old phone, and then I had to pay another ($40) in taxes for the new phone. How scammy and what a hassle! I will be reaching out to corporate to file a complaint at how dishonest and untrustworthy their workers are there.

My phone looks good as new and I no longer have to strangle my friend for leaving me with no phone. Actually, it probably wasn't even 15 minutes. These guys are seriously fast. My theory is that the mustache assists in the repair procedure. Apparently, they also have a tricked out ambulance. I did not see the ambulance, but I was nonetheless impressed by the fact that someone would commit that heavily to the "iphone doctor" theme. That's dedication. All in all, this is probably my 10th or 11th time getting my phone patched up, and this place was probably the most pleasant experience with a repair shop I've had. Party on, Matt! It was on sale for $99, including rewards and tax, $77 out the door. Very helpful associate named Ozzy helped me, the gentleman at the front (Zac, I think?) loaded the mini fridge into my car. Entire process was under 20 minutes! Plenty of parking but the spots are pretty snug.

She DID have a hard time ringing up the phone though & had to ask for assistance. The guy assisting her had a hard time too. They were scanning every barcode on the box. There was only 2!!!! How hard could it really be??! Anyway, they finally figured it out & I was on my way. I would definitely go back if I needed something from there. They were following social distancing guidelines. He replaced the screen and then cracked it while placing it. When I said I'm not paying you 100$ for a broken phone he got angry and demanded his 100$. That was pretty scary and being home alone with this angry stranger left me no choice but to pay him. Now my phone cuts off at 65-75 percent battery life I just cant believe it... I'm so mad. Maybe the other technicians are good but stay away from Philip. iCracked was no help either.. I received no refund for my broken screen/phone.
