The phone still worked fine, but the broken glass was getting worse so I called around to a few different companies to get quotes. UBreakIFix quoted $250 and would need to make an appointment, Lake Effect Phone Repair was $200 and could be done the same day with no appointment, and Repair Tech 360 quoted $149 and it would take 4-5 hours but they had the part in stock. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.

Deal. Got my controller back about 2 weeks later because I had to come back and wasnt texted or emailed (You had my information from the first visit). Later on, I discovered there was enough drift stick once again on the left analog stick to disturb my gameplay. In total, you charged me $60 to make my original issue "A little better". I might as well have bought a new controller with that money. Avoid this dishonest, unprofessional place.

It's fresh, & clean inside, slightly resembles an Apple store minus the horrid long lines & unpleasant customer service. It was not financed thru Boost. It is mine and I should be able to do what I want with my property. If this is how Boost treats their past customers, why would I ever go back and use their company. I have no problems with the Boost store on Division Ave, I have a problem with their entire company.

My mom has been shopping around and just wanted to talk to someone about staying on with Verizon. The manager there wouldn't even take the time to talk to her - told her to have me call Verizon, which by the way - my account has been closed the minute I switched my line and it is like an act of congress to get anything done now and had he taken a few mins to listen to her, Verizon would send the verification code to my mom's active line. This guy wouldn't even listen to her. Said it only takes 15 mins to do this over phone - well Mr. Chad, I have news for you, I have been dealing with Verizon for 2 weeks trying to switch lines and I'm on hold for 20-30 mins first before talking to someone. This Chad manager is super rude, obnoxious and my mother is a meek and mild woman. This store is by far one of the worst ones out there. Chad should be fired for his behavior as I was on the line listening to it while my mother was trying to ask someone to her. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! They have a poor rating for a reason!!! I could not believe what I was hearing while on the phone with my mom. Unbelievable! That store has always sucked with the wait times as well. Obviously, they don't want my $500/month business which is why I went elsewhere.
