Just to start you off...I was a pack and a half a day smoker. I don't smoke anymore! I have been…read morean avid "vaper" since 2008, which in the vaping world makes me a dinosaur. I started vaping on some of the worst equipment you can imagine that worked half the time and was a part-time job just to keep it working. The juice when I started vaping was for the most part all from China, it all smelled and tasted relatively bad and you really didn't know what you were getting when it came in the mail. The fact that there is are brick and mortar vape shops available makes me do a happy dance. As for Mister E, they are doing it right, not perfect, but right. First, the good. Their juice is very good. It is tasty, they offer a ton of flavors and although it is a premium juice, it is priced pretty well. Safety is also good. They have actual juice labs at both locations. They are actually doing the work to get you safe, controlled juice that is exactly what you pay for. When you are working with chemicals that you are putting in your body, you want them to be taken seriously and to be made in the best way possible...Mister E spent the cash and delivers. Vaping Devices...good selection...descent price...wide enough variety for both the first time vaper and the professional "craft" vaper. Customer service...they do a great job with newbies. If you want information and products to get you into vaping, they are very informative and they don't try to up-sell you into anything but the basics. If you use it, you will come back and buy the fancy stuff eventually and they know it. The Bad! If you know your way around the vaping world, you know that has become an experimental laboratory of hobbyists searching for the perfect vape. A few of the employees I have run into are a bit on the cocky side when it comes to the advanced trends and they tend to talk down to anyone they don't perceive to be as "up" on the new stuff as they are. I suppose it is inevitable when you surround yourself with something you enjoy that you do have an opinion. Just like trying to talk "Chevy" to a "Ford" guy, if you like your set-up you are going to get a bit defensive on occasion. I just feel that they need to remember that the customer is ALWAYS right and in the end you as the seller sometimes need to keep your opinions under wraps. The store interior is nice and inviting and more importantly the staff working here is great! They are always more than happy to let you sample as many flavors of their juice as it takes to find the perfect one for your vaping pleasure. That way it's guaranteed that what you buy you'll enjoy since you've tried it before you bought it. Yesterday I was served by Randi and she continued the tradition of great customer service. I was in need of a new juice tank and as I expected she got me fixed up with the perfect solution to the problem I wanted to fix that was being caused by my previous tank that I'd bought elsewhere. Not only did she sell me the best product for my needs, she also was very patient when dealing with my many questions about not just the tank I was buying, but she also gave me some really good pointers on how to best use the different options on my battery to help me get the best results from my new juice tank. Yes, if you get to have Randi serving you then you are very lucky, but don't worry if you get somebody else waiting on you because I've received the same great service from all of their staff here on every visit to Freedom Smoke USA. I'm sold on Freedom Smoke USA and will continue to frequent them for all of my vaping needs. Yes, the cost of the equipment if you buy higher end devices can be a bit pricey, but compared to the price of smoking it's really cheap since once you have the equipment you only have to buy the juice from that point on. Not to mention non-smokers around you will really appreciate the fact that now instead of gagging them with the stinky smell of burning tobacco now you'll be exhaling smells that are very pleasant. It's too early to tell with absolute certainty just how safe vaping is compared to smoking, but as an ex-smoker who smoked for 34 years and who has emphysema from that I can tell you that my lungs literally feel a hundred times better now that I've given up smoking and gone to vaping instead. Even my doctor who's anti-smoking says that as far as she can tell vaping doesn't seem to be anymore hazardous than wearing a nicotine patch which is considered safe.

The shear combinations of flavor and reliability of the mixers make their juice one of the most consistent offerings I have had the privilege of consuming. Brett and Art can mix some mean juices in a quick amount of time. As for the company, they have the same issues most employers have in the area. Holland is full of privileged people who just don't stand for what they preach, and Freedom Smoke has gotten their share of bad apples from the crop of potential gems the still live in the area. As a matter of fact, a previous GM was rude and quite frankly disrespectful to both his staff and the customers. Now, the MITs and GM are awesome at working with customers and each other. Randi and Jim are some of the coolest cats I have been grateful to meet. If you want straight forward, easy to start vaping experience, Freedom Smoke USA is the place to go in the Holland area.

When it happened the first time I thought maybe it was just a genuine mistake but when it happened yesterday I knew it wasn't a mistake. I gave the budtender $40 which was 2 $20 bills. I was given $16 dollars back in change. On the receipt you can see they put cash payment of $30... so he took the $10 he shorted me and put it in his pocket. I called customer care and she said they would look in the drawer for the money which made no sense. It wouldn't have been in the drawer because he put the payment as $30 not $40.. I will never step foot in another Jars dispensary I wonder how many other people this is done to and they don't notice because they shove your change and ID into the same bag with your purchased product.
