He did his best but what he did failed to produce the connection for more than a 30 minutes. I called a telecom pro experienced to do the work after trying to get HelloTech to send a tier 2 person and HelloTech not being able to say when the more experienced tech would be able to come. The tech I called from another company came immediately. I'm having trouble getting my money back for the work that was not done satisfactorily.
