Verizon, when you are no longer a customer does not provide adequate support even with their AI…read moresystem which basically push you in an infinite loop not being able to get account number information so you can give the representative that information so you can satisfy your remaining balance of your bill that is owed. Verizon corporate doesn't care about their customers like me who are over a certain age limit and basically if you are trying to reestablish Services, good luck with that because they're not paying attention. Most of the customer service is outsourced overseas and then when you do, tell them that you're trying to pay a bill like I'm trying to do right now they put you in a loop and I got into a argument with a lady who was not listening to me who was supposed to be the person to help me solidify the payment on the account but instead put me into a loop and I never got anything accomplished. That's why I left Verizon because they don't care about their customers and I used to have Verizon three times and the third time I was done I'm never coming back to the store. I would never recommend them. They do not respect their customers that are at a certain age they discriminate. I have yet spoken to anyone from corporate regarding the real problem with Verizon that's why I will never ever recommend them. Maybe they'll respond to this and I'll get resolution. Finally fingers crossed.

Jesus took great care of me. I messaged him on Yelp after an unsuccessful appointment at the Google…read moreStore for my Pixel 6a. I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile. I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.

The problem got even worse after that and he then told me that he would not be attempting anymore repairs or paying for the damages. Fast forward 4 years to today, I bring a tablet by because I had no other option as I was visiting my mother in the area and needed it for work. I took another chance, and this is how it worked out: I have to purchase a new iPad out of pocket and the same guy from before told me that he is not responsible for repairs failing once the device leaves the store. You may be able to find a cheap deal or two here but I would stay far away from the repair counter if I were you. Twice this has happened to me alone. Don't believe the good reviews, they are not genuine and I have the transaction history to prove it. Beware.
