The energy of the staff was so positive creating a great environment for customers waiting as they all were being attended to. Jhonaton Wallis and Cezar Cruz worked so hard to be sure all customers were being helped and happy. They were able to get a new phone delivered to my home in 2 days. They went above and beyond to understand each and every customer's needs. It is apparent they are respected professionals who know how to manage a store and provide excellance in customer service. I was charged for this size under the impression it was the only box that would fit my item (3 golf clubs in hand). I later found out by the receiver of the package, that the box was downsized measurably(36X6X6). Instead of informing me of this discrepancy and change in packaging, it was ignored thinking to would go unnoticed. After contacting the location on multiple occasions to rectify this situation, I am now being ignored after being told a refund would be made 3 days ago. I have entered the store and been told by employees that management has directed them to ignore all calls and contact as "they do not have an answer." This deplorable behavior and horrible customer service has been reported to corporate and I do expect my refund for the mistakes made and admitted to me by the employees of this location.
