Never go to this store!…read more My wife went to this store to upgrade her phone because we were told that if we upgraded her phone that the $150 balloon payment on her current phone would be credited. That is where the issue started with this store. The gentleman sold her the the highest priced phone in the store. Maybe it is the best available but certainly not necessary and probably got them the best commission. They then told her that she needed to buy a new USB-C charger because her current USB-C charger won't work. Then they told her that the $40 screen protector was part of an insurance program that was needed. During this process, they added a new phone line to our account for $20 additional per month. When she asked about the $150 credit, she was told that T-Mobile service would need to provide. When speaking to T-Mobile it was learned that the store had to do this change so we went BACK to the store to have this done. This was a 2 hour process that the manager assured us that it had gone through but couldn't get verification from the system. We asked for an email confirmation and they agreed to do so (during this time, we returned the screen protector and charger) A week later, we not only learned that the credit was never applied but also learned that an additional line was added which we were being charged for. Fortunately, T-Mobile corporate was able to override and credit us the $150 and also remove the additional line that they set up. Funny thing was is every time we questioned each of these odd charges, there was an excuse given. Will never go back to this store and recommend going to Portsmouth T Mobile corporate store.

I went and asked for a new battery and screen and was quoted $300 for both original parts. One week later, I see my phone glitching and screen, jumping and noticed that it was not an original part. They wanted me to pay an extra $400. As of now a new iPhone 11 Pro doesn't even cost $500. I've had 25 iPhones over the years and this is the only place that thinks they're better than everyone else that they can charge whatever they want for original parts. There are no prices even listed on the Internet or in person so they can charge whatever they want any time to whoever they want. Unfortunately for them, it's not how business works in the real world. If you're in the area, I suggest Drive to the Fox Run Mall or any other iPhone repair and replace your parts. It will likely cost you way less than $150.. I also believe if you want your iPhone pictures and private information protected you would stay clear of this place for good.
