Anyways, I went in with my Verizon iPhone 6 and asked them what I needed to do to switch providers. Since it wasn't busy, there were 2 associates helping me. They were both very kind and made it simple to understand how to switch providers and what my options were if I wanted to update my phone. After I switched over I thought I would have to purchase a new phone, however, they told me all iPhone 6's were sold unlocked -that basically means you can put the SIM card from any network in it and it will work with that provider- and I would just need to put an AT&T SIM card into it. I was so relieved I didn't have to purchase a brand new iPhone, as I was wait to get the new iPhone 7. When I went back to get the new iPhone 7 it was a busy and I had to wait a half an hour until someone got to me; Which was understandable since it was the Saturday after the iPhone 7 came out. When they finally got to me, they thanked me for my patience and helped me with buying my new iPhone. The one downside to this location is the parking; The parking lot is very little.

I'd been looking for a tablet and had no experience with them at all. I am fairly computer Savey having been a software developer for 40+ years but tablets were something of a mystery to me. Jay & chatted for 15-20 minutes, talked about my needs and what I intended to use it for. Jay offered to send me some info on a couple of new tablets he knew about and could order. He also mentioned a different model available at the local "big box" store. I checked out his suggestions plus the big box option that he had mention and it turns out the big box store had a "just introduced" version of his suggested tablet that had a larger screen, more storage and a slightly better processor than his suggestions. Plus it was a few bucks cheaper. All in all I did end up getting the big box tablet but I really appreciated all of Jay's time and effort that he put in with helping me figure out what would work for me and the price range I would be looking at. I went back there the next day to show him the new tablet and got a screen protector from him. He was just the help I needed and did it even if it didn't earn him very much. Can't ask for better help than that. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat for anything he could help me with even if his price wasn't the lowest one!

I had internet and email access however the most important part of my phone didn't work. I couldn't make or receive any phone calls. I did the usual shut my phone off and turn it back on, still no go. Well at least I was able to use my phone for the event. So on my way home I decided to stop at our local Wireless World. I purchased my phone from the same store a few years back when they were Verizon. I was hoping that they could fix my phone. I was lucky that when I arrived there was only one other person in the store at that time. Nolan was kind enough to help me out. He explained that he could do a factory reset to see if that would work. If that didn't work, well it didn't look good. Factory reset completed and no change. Option A-pay send my phone if for repairs. Option B-get a new phone. While otherwise my phone was in really good shape, I need to be able to make phone calls. It was already an older phone and some of the apps were not compatible. So instead of putting money into a short term fix, I decided to invest in a new phone. Normally I would want to get the most current option so it would hopefully last the longest. On the advise of Nolan, he recommended that I save some money and not get the latest phone but a model that was a little older and what a felt was a better phone. While he transferred my pictures and information to my new phone I picked out my new case. Before I knew it I had spent a ton of money and had a phone that works. We've come a long ways from the old rotary phones. Those of you who remember those phones, it wasn't really that long ago. Anyhow I appreciate the service and help from Nolan and we'll sure to be back once my wife needs an upgrade.

After I found out that I had left it there I called and then rushed back there ASAP ‍ Like i Just paid my phone bill off and everything and im with sprint so id have to come out of pocket JUST to get another phone and i absolutely refuse to do ts‍ So when i got there they was ON IT. I mean, they check the security cameras , called the police ‍, kept me from crying (because lord knows i was this close to crying). Even though it was 45% my fault.
