DO NOT GO WITH T-MOBILE!!!! I traded in an iPhone 12 Pro Max for $830 off a new iPhone 15 (I did…read morenot send the 12 in). After two weeks with the iPhone 15, I paid the restocking fee and went to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. I again used the iPhone 12 to get $830 off. All was good for a few months, I was getting my rebate on my new phone, as I had sent the iPhone 12 to T-Mobile. Then, my rebate was pulled. I called T-Mobile, they apologized and credited the funds for the rebate. They assured me the issue would be resolved. Two months later, I found they were not giving the rebate. They fixed it again. Now this months bill came in and again the rebate amount was not credited. They credited the amount and assured me they would fix it permanently. Today I get a call from T-Mobile and was told the promotion could not be applied because it's been too long. I asked to speak to a manager and was told this person was the supervisor. I asked to speak to her manager and was told no. This company sucks. As soon as I can leave them I will. The horrible thing is I was ready to leave, but they fixed my issues so I stayed, and even bought an additional phone on a new line. Now I'm tied into two years of paying for that phone. I might pay it all off, cut my losses, and get rid of this horrible company. Do not believe the replies after someone complains on here that they will fix the problem if you contact them. I did that a few months ago, and I am right back in the same spot. I gave T-Mobile my iPhone 12 Pro Max and I am getting nothing for it. I asked to get my phone back since they did not pay me for it, and that was also shot down. They are thieves. The customer service people will not help. "Please contact me and I'll resolve this" is BS. AVOID T-MOBILE, even if they are a little cheaper. Um also getting a military discount with them. This is how they treat retired service members.

Definitely do not recommend this place!

I have been with Sprint for over 3 years now and have never jumped on the "i hate sprint" bandwagon…read morelike many people when i tell them who my wireless carrier is. However, I have never been so disappointed by Sprint and ashamed to be a sprint customer after experiencing the most stressful and frustrating situation. This review would never be written if Sprint hired good associates who would actually do their job of giving customers what they deserve of products and services that Sprint has to offer, I have worked retail and customer service for over 10 years now, including Management roles and I appreciate great quality genuine customer service and always give credit when credit is due- customer service is not easy and not for everyone.i treat my customers how i would like to get treaeted. Here goes my story and why i would recommend that no one should go into this store. I got a text message from sprint to utilize and take advantage of an upgrade that was available to me for the longest time that I had been meaning to use and looked forward to using. I went in on March 17th to 8082 old Carriage ct. Shakopee mn 55379. Katie Haugen was the associate that greeted me and proceeded to help me. I told her that i wanted to use my upgrade and get the 5s iphone. I looked online beforehand and shopped around and knew that i was eligible for an upgrade and that i would only have to pay 199.99 for the phone and that if i traded in my 4s, it would be less than that. upgrades from how i would think a company would look at it, is something that the customer earns for being a loyal customer over a long period time, ie two year agreements. do you agree?. this was the process that i was familiar with and was prepared to do. Katie informed me that Sprint is no longer doing 2 year agreement upgrades and that i was not able to use my upgrade and that Sprint is now doing contract free plans and that i could buy the iphone at full price and they do installment plans. "how attached are you to your phone number, because we can get your monthly bill under 80 if we open a new line" this was the BIGGEST mistake i have ever made and honestly the biggest disservice a " sales representative" could offer. this new phone plan wasn't unlimited data like my old one, but she did somehow calculate it to where my monthly bill with the iphone would be under $80 ( with the $600 installment for the price of the phone) . this seemed great until the next few weeks i was going over my data usage, my original phone was still activated even though i called and cancelled it . so i got charged for two phone lines plus overage charges because this new plan was not appropriate for the amount of my usage. keep in mind I am the only one on my account, why would i need to open up a family plan and pay for two phones?! when i called customer service, is when i was told that Katie mislead me with the wrong information. I specifically asked for clarification with Katie " if i don't open this new line and stay with my old number and plan will i have to pay full price for the 5s?" " she said yes because sprint is no longer doing the 2 yr contracts. This whole situation has been frustrating because the perfect stress free scenario would have been: pay $200 (or even less) for the 5s, keep my number and keep my unlimited data plan and not pay anything extra than the $80 a month i was paying. instead i had to change my number (how convenient is this really?), pay $600 in installment payments for the phone, pay for two phones because of pro rated charges and sprint not cancelling my first original phone number and plan. currently right now as i type this my phone bill is $280 and for what?!! ask yourself this: would you rather pay $600 for a phone in installment plans or $200 for the phone and be done with it? it's so disheartening that i got taken advantage of. I since then have returned the 5s (even after the 14 day return policy, so i am grateful for that) and have gone back to using my 4s because honestly if i never stepped in that store and worked with Katie i wouldn't be in this mess and be so disappointed. I am a full time college student, i work two jobs plus an internship, so having to deal with situation has been very stressful. mainly because i budget my phone bill to $80 a month and i can't afford (and who else would want to) extra charges for something that could have been easily avoided had Katie not lied and taken advantage of a commission-able sale. Katie's performance is unacceptable. the manager should be re-evaluated as well because a store should not run under that type of leadership. An associate needs to provide the customers with right products and services that is appropriate for them. think about it this way: would Katie provide herself with the service and plan that she gave me? most likely not because she knows what she did was fucked up. i would not recommend LOCATION. savage location is better.

I waited for 20 minutes (no appointment) to talk to a Geek, and then showed them the watch. It had a visible crack on the upper corner, which I found when my wife asked me to take a look at it because it was acting funny. They showed me a sheet of bar codes, which was too small to read, and said the repair would cost $90. (I had told them I had AppleCare+ on the watch which they had taken another 10 minutes to look up and confirm). I told them the watch needed repair, so I agreed to pay. It didn't have a charge, so they put it on a charger and told me to wait. After 20 minutes they called me back up and said I needed to disconnect the watch from my wife's I phone before they could proceed. I went over to Walmart and tracked down my wife's phone and returned to Best Buy). When I got there, I initiated the Disconnect procedure on her phone, and then her phone said "can't complete.....please continue on the watch." When I told them the disconnect process needed to be completed on the watch, they said they couldn't get the watch to boot. [I was later to learn that one of the only ways to get the Serial Number of the watch that doesn't boot, other than the original box, is from the phone that it is connected to. A good Geek would have probably grabbed the Serial Number off of the phone, before the watch was disconnected. ] After now an hour and a half had elapsed, I just told them my time (and patience) was up, and to put it all back in a bag for me. The next afternoon, I took it into the Best Buy Geek Squad near the Burnsville Center. They told me they'd have to send the watch in, because they didn't do anything with apple locally. My best bet was to take it into an Apple Store, but they didn't think they'd get me in without an appointment either. The best thing they did was print out the receipt of my AppleCare+ waranty purchase. I tried to call call Apple's automated system from the parking lot to make an appointment, and was emailed a link to their web site. The Catch 22, was the web site wouldn't let me make an appointment without a serial number and the only way I had to get the serial number was off my phone if the watch hadn't been disconnected. Day 3, called AppleCare and asked for a representative. The representative told me that the serial number on the receipt had an "S" character in front that looked like part of the serial number, but was not. When I gave her the rest of the serial number, it came back as valid so she could set up the repair order and send out a shipping box. When she had me read the rest of the warranty info, it also had a statement that the repair should only cost me $69, not the $90 Best Buy was going to charge. Long story short, never, ever, never take anything into the Geek Squad at Best Buy or even buy anything from Best Buy if you can help it. This is only one of four really bad experiences I've had with them. I'm now leaving for good never to return. [The only reason I gave them one star is I didn't think the zero stars would record, and there were no negative star options.]

Scott is super helpful with this. I do have IT knowledge and all that they were recommending was right on track. It's so hard to find honest repair places it feels like. I have worked with these people for years and they are my go to. The inside of their store is clean and smells good. It is wheelchair accessible, has seating, TV, and drinks. They also sell computers and those are pretty well priced too and pretty new which come with a 90 day warranty. I have bought a (few) laptops from them and they are flawless. Older business laptops so they have the nicer features and faster performance with great build quality. All around great place and I highly recommend. Btw, something else I saw in a review about this place regarding them "paying for 5-Star reviews with store credit": They offer you 10 dollars of in store credit for accessories if you would leave a review based on how your experience was. That, at least for me, has been the experience every time. They don't ask for 5-Stars but rather reviews so they (and other people) can know how they are doing. Just thought I would address that because saying they are paying for 5-star reviews is false.
