Sometimes bought only one item or none within a year and my card was always active. Yesterday I was purchasing a Laptop online and the website declined my payment several times so I called their 1-800 number on my BestBuy Creditcard just to find our they closed because I didn't buy anything for the last 6 months. I asked if they can reactivate my card but their answer was for me to re-apply and get a new one which means have my credit pulled and run leaving a hard inquiry that will affect my credit. Beware of Best Buy now because if you do not buy anything for 6 months, they will force you to re-apply and affect your credit just to have their creditcard. I wanted to take advantage of the 0% but I couldn't get it and I refused to re-apply as they were telling me was the only option I had. I am very disappointed and from now on I will avoid buying anything from Best Buy.

Ron Mills, business account manager in the metro area, is an unscrupulous, slick talking man but his supervisor, Reid, when I finally was able to get in contact with Ron's supervisor after three attempts on filling out their complaint forms, said, "you signed a contract." I simply could not get the transfer code from Xfinity for my paid-off iPhone 13ProMax THAT DAY so Ron said, "let's just swap out a phone for you." And it was a standard iPhone 14, (much poorer camera features.) THEN THEY TOOK MY FULLY PAID OFF iPhone 13 PRO MAX AND SHIPPED IT AWAY BEFORE CONTRACTS WERE EVEN SIGNED. I WAS STUCK. I put it on auto pay (who checks those payments? Oops), and come to find out, I'm stuck with a three-year contract. Two years into it I still owe $1000. He had me swap out my paid off phone for a three year contract? As I asked Reid, his boss, "what normal healthy person would do a contract like that? If he can't see well enough to literally read the fine print?" He wouldn't answer. I asked the same questing in three variations, including a yes/no response. Crickets. I am visually impaired, as I told them at the time - it was obvious. Ron said, "it's the best deal you can get," and his rude boss, Reid, finally getting back to me, belligerently kept saying "you signed a contract." He had no compassion for a mentally and physically impaired senior. If Ron Mills is working at this store that day you want to set up a business account, DON'T, find another location if you want to get a business account. Or better yet, another carrier, ) Ron services several stores.) Ron even had me make up a business so he could work with me. All I wanted was a second phone line. There was a good deal going on that at the time.

I'd been looking for a tablet and had no experience with them at all. I am fairly computer Savey having been a software developer for 40+ years but tablets were something of a mystery to me. Jay & chatted for 15-20 minutes, talked about my needs and what I intended to use it for. Jay offered to send me some info on a couple of new tablets he knew about and could order. He also mentioned a different model available at the local "big box" store. I checked out his suggestions plus the big box option that he had mention and it turns out the big box store had a "just introduced" version of his suggested tablet that had a larger screen, more storage and a slightly better processor than his suggestions. Plus it was a few bucks cheaper. All in all I did end up getting the big box tablet but I really appreciated all of Jay's time and effort that he put in with helping me figure out what would work for me and the price range I would be looking at. I went back there the next day to show him the new tablet and got a screen protector from him. He was just the help I needed and did it even if it didn't earn him very much. Can't ask for better help than that. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat for anything he could help me with even if his price wasn't the lowest one!

Now I know what you are thinking, I didn't have a choice of locations. I did. Three years ago for a different phone, they took care of me. With that said, I am happy to say this was my second satisfied experience. This location is north of HYW494 in a court of shops, businesses, and restaurants on Lyndale Avenue. My phone is complicated, so normally these questions are asked. Did you drop your phone? No. Was it dropped in a liquid? No. Was there anything you did to break your phone? No. It was simple, my screen cracked about 1 inch from the bottom of the fold of the phone. After filing my claim and taking it to be fixed, the uBreakiFix team confirmed the status of my phone and said this would be taken care of. I know this was a long-winded story to make sure John and Christian (uBreakiFix experts) are taken care of. Because of them, my experience was spectacular. They were kind, patient, thorough, experienced, etc. Also, they sent me a personal text with the status of my phone and when it was fixed. When I arrived to pick up my phone, they were happy to see me and explained what they did to fix my screen. I know this sounds unreal. Why would they show so much care? I don't know. I challenge you to find out. See if they treat you as well as they treated me. Thanks, John and Christian! This is for uBreakiFix leadership, please replicate their kindness and professionalism.
