Worst experience! Will never buy a phone directly for them ever. Guy told me if I buy a phone I Gould get a $400 trade in. When I picked my phone up, they did not take my old phone and said a kit would be mailed to me. Never received the kit T-Mobile blames it on sprint & the sprint merge with T-Mobile. Long story short I never got my trade-in value. They put the blame on sprint claim they can't do anything. I will never buy a phone directly from t-mobile. I will continue to buy my phones through Apple and use their service. They suck every person you deal with blames it on sprint merger. Take some accountability... Not to mention, they had my sons phone on a forever lease (like who leases the phone forever that doesn't even make sense) did not compensate any of his money back to him. T mobile sucks!!!!!! Hi I want to give a shout to Mackenzie Morgan the T-Mobile mobile expert. My 5 year old did a runner from me when finishing eating at the kiosk in Costco and Mackenzie made sure he was ok. Could see I was distraught and helped me get a trolley to keep him contained. I am a loyal T-Mobile customer and will continue to be thanks to her kindness. To current and potential customers and those hoping to work here, beware. I will be as blunt as possible and there are multiple parts of this. I'll start with the service we get in Eden prairie. I had better reception in western Minnesota than I do in Eden prairie. Come to find out they have 2 towers (both within a half mile of each other) running the whole city. If you are from EP, Chaska or Chanhassen, buyer beware. Not always is cheaper better. They also discontinued most solutions to aid in fixing this. Pretty upsetting. Lucky to get 2 bars 4GLTE with a 5g phone 2 miles from the tower. The guy in cares response to this was "sorry, I can clearly see you all don't get the best service we have to offer. But there is nothing we can do at this time to improve it". Moving on, the employees at this location, store manager excluded, are far and away the best employees possible. They are fantastic at what they do. I will miss working with every one of them... Kyle Lovin and John Loughren should feel blessed. If it wasn't for these good people, there is no way a business run by them could survive. Plain and simple. To my customers I no longer get to service, my apologies. You will still see me around town. I had the pleasure of being let go. They also had the nerve to falsely accuse me of making threats (John Loughren specifically) so I could no longer visit my store in an effort to shut me up, out and down. Anyone who knows me knows that I am incapable of this. My ex-DM did the firing (because the new one is fully incapable) and my manager (kyle) did nothing to have my back. It was a very traumatic experience. Since I was instructed I could not have a voice with my friends I chose to post this review in an effort to share my story. After all, it was not in my threatening letter to say I couldn't do just that... I am not texting anyone or "making threats". Let this be a warning to customers and those thinking of working here. Best of luck to you all. It was a pleasure working with you all (customers and employees alike) and it sucks it ended as it did. Management needs to be ashamed of themselves and deal with their own short comings besides blaming others. For the sake of all my friends still working there, I hope they do just that. All this nonsense about diversity and inclusion and the "new TMobile" is a ruse to make better bottom lines. The people are expendable as was quality of service to their customers. HOWEVER - my contact, D'Malik, at this store helped me through every step of the process to make it happen. His patience and professionalism is second to none! I am so lucky to have found him. These guys are good to you when you are getting a new phone from then and act like they really care bout you and your new phone. but once you are done paying the next time you got problems and talk to them they act like they don't care and it's like none of their business. when i purchased my new phone with them they told me to buy a screen protector from them which i did end up buying, now the screen protector got damaged and i went there to ask them for help since it has lifetime warranty, there's 3 guys standing there chatting and doesn't even thought of helping me at all and acted rudely like i was interrupting their conversation. i ended up leaving the place with no appropriate answer from them. Watch out for these guys. They do not tell you the fine print and want to sell you anything and everything. All using the word "free" without telling you about the monthly connection fee. Also on the phone with T mobile three times trying to correct billing mistakes. Not done yet. read more

I have had a horrible experience with this location. Around a month ago I came in to get the back of my phone fixed and they said they ordered the part I needed... a week later I came in to give them my phone to fix. Only to hear that they never ordered the part. They said after that accident they would order it again but the same thing happened. Instead, they ordered it and it never found its way to the store... I'm assuming they used it on someone else's phone. I came back once more and they finally had my part! Keep in mind, this is 3 weeks since the first time I came in. The guy said "ok just to let you know, it doesn't have the apple logo on the back." I was so mad at this point. Why wasn't that clarified the FIRST time I came in, let alone the other 2 times I came in as well!?! To this day, the back of my phone is still shattered and I am very unsatisfied with the service they provide. I will NOT be coming back. read more
