Cute stuff, but they're charging an outrageous 100% markup from retail price…read more I can appreciate a boutique premium and often am willing to pay it, but today I saw a beach bag they were selling for $240, and it's $120 directly from the company website, which is a fantastic female-owned, all handmade company. And the sales associate I spoke with defended their pricing -- very unfortunate! And people wonder why small boutique business struggles :(

If you are in the Boston area and need a copy/printer/scanner, look no further. Bob Klein and his…read moreteam at Copy Pro have you covered. Their level of service and expertise are second to none. They set the standard for what service should be! Our Miami law firm recently had a major trial in the Boston area. We needed a short term copy/printer/scanner rental for the makeshift office we were setting up. Boston Harbor Hotel suggested we reach out to Bob and his team at Copy Pro. They worked with us on a short term rental and had everything delivered and set up before we even arrived on site. In the process of my team setting up the rest of the room, they discovered that two (2) of the printers we shipped up from Miami arrived broken. I again reached out to Copy Pro for assistance the day before trial started. Imagine my surprise when Bob (the owner) got on the phone himself and offered help me. Since he had several techs at a seminar that day, he personally delivered 3 additional printers for our team, got it all set up and tested to make sure everything was working before he left. A true lifesaver!! I can not thank Bob and his team enough for their assistance.

I have to give this particular Anthro a shout-out, because it perhaps has the most welcoming and…read moreefficient staff I've experienced lately. And I say this as a (shame shame) very experienced Anthro shopper. Not once but twice when I have had a problem getting a price adjustment or finding something wrong with an item, they have quickly and apologetically set it straight, even though I hadn't bought either of those items at their store. They are chatty without being overwhelming, and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The store itself is not as large as the one downtown, but is probably equal in size to the Cambridge location. It has a comfortable feel, and the sale room is nicely separated, which is good for when mayhem hits it. They do not, however, carry the full line of shoes, so just keep that in mind for your shopping. As a past Anthro employee, I can say that I truly appreciate the overall experience each store offers. Of all the Anthros is the area, I think this particular store's staff is the most welcoming, least pretentious, and the most enthusiastic. Even though Dedham isn't exactly close to my house, I will continue to plan little out of the way jaunts just to visit this store.

My experience with this place was sketchy at best! I went to this Verizon store to try and get a…read morebetter deal than Xfinity and the first sketchy thing that I noticed was that Jeremy (the employee that was helping my wife and I) asked me to show him my billing information so I could receive the best possible price. The second sketchy thing was that Jeremy wanted to run a credit check on me which has never happened before when I opened a phone account or internet account. The third sketchy thing that happened was Jeremy asked me for a deposit which has never occurred before either and I had to ask them if this deposit was for the internet and phone service that I had applied for and Jeremy said yes and that it was nothing to worry about so I figured the deposit would be the first month of service which would have been $97.00 for both internet service and phone service so I gave him my credit card information and after Verizon took the deposit he said that my $125.00 deposit was accepted , so after the initial shock of hearing the amount of money that the deposit was, I asked why the deposit was more than the agreed price and Jeremy said that the deposit was not for the internet and phone service, the deposit was for installation of the cable. The cable and the equipment that they were going to charge me for is already installed in all 48 units of our condominium complex because the complex has a contract with Verizon . I have no idea how much they would have charged me after they did the work, only God knows but I immediately stopped the process of purchasing anything from Verizon and told Jeremy to return the deposit to my credit card account, which he said he did but when I checked to make sure that he did I found that he didn't and the charge went through and I had to have my credit card company force Verizon to return the money and to top it all off I called Jeremy to get some information on why and how the charges went through he asked if he could put me on hold for a second and then disconnected the call and would not answer the phone after that! I would suggest if you are going to shop with Verizon, be aware of Jeremy and the scams! PS If you're having trouble with or if you end up having trouble with Jeremy his personal phone number is (978)-486-0870
