Super slow. Customer service is not good at all. Not many items in stock. Not welcoming as long time customer

Do not trust what they tell you. They are not a corporate store and don't stand by the direction they give you. Just double check everything they say first. T-Mobile customer service and the store was able to rectify the billing issues in a prompt and fair fashion.

Worst phone carrier ever, do not waste your time. I switched from Verizon for 8 days, had the most horrible phone service I've ever experienced, called in to switch back and was told my four lines were closed out and no balance on the account. A month later I receive a phone call from T-Mobile saying I owe $246, as I've called in and spoke to someone and their manager they refuse to make it right and because it wasn't closed out properly (somehow that's my fault) they are leaving a balance on the account until I pay it. I will never be using T-Mobile for the rest of my life and I don't recommend it for anyone. read more

If I could give them a 0 I would. Worst company every. First they lied to us when we started a plan with them. We were told that we were getting a phone for free which was a complete lie. Then when we switch back to Verizon they continued charging us for a plan that was canceled. They owe us over $500. We keep getting the run around from costumer service. I'm reporting them to BBB. Oh, and in addition to their company being completely horrible their cell service sucks too. read more

These guys are total liars. I went in there, not really needing new phones. But the $800 per phone trade in brought me in the door. And what do you know, the sales associate named JOSH, the one with new baby at home, he told me and my wife we qualified for $800 per phone trade in. Turns out, he was lying through his teeth, we didn't find out until our first bill that we were only getting $150 per phone and I'm now on the hook for $1900 on phones I DIDN'T NEED!! Stay away from tmobile, these guys are total and complete scumbags read more

I went into the TMobile on Ellsworth to get my disabled son a phone for emergency purposes. I specifically told the person working there I did not want to be on a contract, as my son always breaks or loses his phone. They put me on a contract anyway, all while assuring me they did not put me on a contract. Received a bill from Tmobile and when I called they stated the store did this incorrectly and I would have to go into store myself and work it out. read more

Fraud alert! After the below experience with this TMobile store, my wife got a text the next day that 2 lines were added to our account. She called TMobile customer service and they confirmed lines were added and they opened a fraud investigation. ............ previous review ......... This location has cost TMobile our business. We tried to upgrade our phones based on a promotion they told us about when my wife stopped in the other day. One phone free when you buy a S22+. We got the paperwork setup, paid the tax and activation fee and were almost done. Then the receipt shows us financing both phones at ~$1800. When we questioned it, they said that won't really be charged, it just says that. They could not produce ANY documentation that says that we won't be charged for it. When we said forget it, they wanted to charge a restocking fee. They didn't even break the seal on the phone box. Charge us to carry them back to the back room? WTF? When I said to my wife "why do they need to make everything so difficult?" Jose chimed in and argued with me about that. We've been customers for years but this dude pissed me off to the point we're shopping for a new carrier now. When we asked to speak to the manager we were told no because he was "ready to go." Terrible customer service. TMobile needs to do a secret shopper at this location to see how this site treats customers like trash. Once Jose got involved and the manager wanted leave instead of talking to us, it all went downhill. I have nothing good to say about these people. If they won't produce any documentation on the actual charges I have to assume I'm being scammed. read more

This is the worst T-Mobile I think I've ever been to. The employees are dishonest, they will lie to you about their deals in order to get you to sign up with them, the manager and the assistant manager lack integrity and honesty. They always say they'll call you back and they NEVER do. They screwed me over on their "keep and switch" and never did anything to fix it. Leaving me with over a $700 because they're employee lied to me. Please do NOT go to this T mobile, as they will do the same to you. They will not fix their own issues. Sad excuse for a business honestly, hiring the worst store manager they possibly can who will avoid his customers at all costs and does nothing to right their wrongs read more

Unfortunately no matter how many towers they say they are adding, I continue to have really spotty reception. I used to make Internet based video calls and probably talk about an hour. Now I have to hang up and call again about 3 to 4 times for at least half an hour. I was also told to avoid my spotty reception was to spend more money (might as well get on Verizon) or downgrade to 4G so that I avoid the crowds. It's nutty. Once my contract is done I'll likely have to spend more money and head over to Verizon. Oh fun! read more

Ask for help to unlock a friend's cell phone who had passed away, they could not unlock. I had already called customer service, they referred me to store where purchased. Horrible customer service from both Jordan and Annabelle .. extremely unfriendly and did not look like they even wanted to be there. I was there last week and the staff was extremely friendly, informative and there to help. Great store/Conner provides superior service and T-Mobile who just bought Sprint has an amazing network there are no more dropped calls. I've had AT&T and I've had Verizon they had horrible customer service and eventually this last week when we went into the Verizon store and they said funds were $1000 each we went into T-Mobile and got three phones/iPhone 11 for $60 and if your existing plan with another company they'll pay off your equipment up to $450. #T-Mobile Queen Creek absolutely rocks and they deserve the full five stars I'm recommending them to all my friends read more

David was an excellent help to me today. I am sprint customer that needed a new Sim card for the t-mobile merger. The initial employees that helped me were nice and were helping me with the new Sim card, one of them did check and said I could upgrade. That is typical of any person in cell phone sales and I said no. David came out and stepped in to help with the Sim card situation but decided to look into my account at sprint and get me fully over to t-mobile. In the process he discovered how I was wasting my money and he was able to save me lots of money on my plan. He also saved me money on the purchase of my current phone to get me out of my forever lease (which was initially enacted by sprint) ... if you ask for David to help you I really feel like you will be satisfied with your experience in the store. read more

We were trying to switch from Verizon after 10 years, and walked into this store. We were absolutely blown away at the customer service we recieved from Tyler. He was so tentative and patient. He knew every detail of the discounts and different options we had. Thank you so much, Tyler! A lot of people could learn from you! read more

Wow.. What an experience... 0 (Zero) customer service. Went in and upgraded my Business phones. didn't even have my phones synced. Got charged fees that were supposed to be waived due to a business account. Had to call the T Mobile Business Care to remove them. Came back 1 week later because my screen went black due to a 12 inch drop. My phone slipped out of my hand and fell on the counter. I had a protective case, Screen Protector, and all the bells and whistles necessary to protect my phone. Got charged $175.00 for a refurbished phone and had to send in my new phone that I was charged $400.00, so they can fix it and resell it. While in T Mobile, I approached a sale rep, which went over and talked to the Manager on shift and she told him to tell me to call the insurance company. Instead of her coming over to me and talking to me herself, which I might add was only 10 feet away from me and didn't even have a customer she was assisting. I did ask the Sales rep if they had a hard time with this phone, because I was having problems with it from day 1. He told me they don't ever sell defective phones. I then left without assistance, but was given a phone number that got me an insurance company that spoke broken English and was in Mexico. Let the journey begin. Multiple phone calls. some good hours spent trying to resolve the issues I have been having with this upgrade and finally have concluded that I will receive no customer service from T Mobile. I did get wonderful reps that worked for Business Care. But my phone still has issues that were never resolved, and unfortunately, I now have no alternative but to start looking for a service that will assist me at a business level, and hopefully gives me a phone that will work for my business. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! I went in today and was told they could help in store and then given a customer service number. I go to my car and call the number only to be told that they cant help and I need to go in store. I go back into the store and am told the same thing by a different employee except that this time to ask for a supervisor when I call. I go back to my car, run an errand, make the call, ask for a supervisor, get put on hold for 20 minutes, then hung up on with no supervisor answering. I go back to the store AGAIN and proceed to tell them, Customer Service is sending me back here, and they hinge up on me. I've now been to this store 3 times in 1 day for more than 2 hours total, and on the phone with the number given to me by this store for another hour. The employees in the store now seem irritated that I'm back. Uncaring about the fact that I've been there a few times with no help from them, just given a number and sent on my way. I finally get one of them to "help" me, by looking at my account. "Magically" my account can now be accessed by them and they can see more of the account than they could earlier. (All B.S. cuz the other guy showed me what he was able to see and it was same as this guy showed me. I'm then given a vanilla reason as to why they still cant help me and ONLY at this time is it offered for them to call Customer Service for me with me in store. (Although reluctantly and still making excuses as to why it wont matter if he calls or I call) I finally decide that 3+ hours of getting the run around from this store and tmobile customer service is too much WASTED time of mine and leave. If anyone of you have TMobile, I highly suggest a switch to another carrier. If you do have TMobile and need help DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! read more

Spend over an hour for something that should have taken 10 minutes max. Simply wanted a device activated. Most of the time was spend watching the workers goof of taking selfies and socializing; with no care for my time, care or need (squirrel attention). Amazing how they are in business. If I could give you guys a negative rating I would. This location among many stores in the area were little to no help and simply told me whatever I wanted to hear without gathering the proper information. For FIVE MONTHS I attempted to leave service with tmobile for a cheaper carrier. I originally cancelled service around March in store and PAID off my remaining balance. I then had my usual monthly bill taken out of my account as an auto payment. I asked to have this fixed and was told it was my last payment and was actually owed. The next month, after I changed my debit card number, I received a bill with a Device Charge of around $80 and I paid it. This continued TWO MORE TIMES. That is four months worth of charges you guys could not explain to me or refund me. It is absolutely outrageous! CONTRACT FREE MY BUTT! I am telling everyone I know how sneaky and repulsive you people over at Tmobile truly are. read more

Well, just to update on this situation. It took T-mobile a month to put the money that they stole back into my bank account, I was told that when I did the military account (for the "good deal" it offered) I had to close my account and open a new one since my oldest son would be the primary on the new account (he is ARMY reserve), we asked at least half the people in the company both in the store and on line as well and were told that "NOTHING WILL CHANGE", one account will close and the new one will be opened with no interruption in service and everything will transfer over the same as it was. When they closed the first account they charged me the full balance for the 4 phones that I have on the account just like I was closing the account and moving to another carrier which over-drafted my account and I was charged two overdraft fees. After much frustration, leg work, and phone calls on the part of both myself and my son they FINALLY put the money back into my bank account. Then, there was the matter of getting reimbursed for the two over-draft fees which this fiasco had caused, they said that they needed me to send them a copy of my bank statement that showed the two over-draft fees charged (something I had sent them originally when we started this SNAFU), I sent the copies to 3 different people and was still getting voice mails on my phone to send it again. I finally called them and spoke to a representative who had not dealt with my account before, I began telling him about it and he pulled up my account and looked at all the notes left there by the by now rather long list of people that my son and I had talked to, he said, WOW, you have really been going through some stuff with this haven't you? I agreed and he told me that they were not supposed to but that if it was ok with me that he was going to credit my account for the amount of the two overdraft fees, I said that at this point any help would be much appreciated and the amount was in my account in about 5 min. Altogether, it took them approximately 7 weeks to fix a problem that they created in a few seconds, my son talked to them one last time the other day and they agreed to take the amount of the phone that we owed the least off of the bill as well. SO, while I am glad that in the end they made it right it surely took them a loooooooooooong time and it is only because I keep up on my bills that I did not have any more overdraft charges then I did. Beware of the "GOOD" deals that T-mobile offers, watch your bills closely, and when I get the other 3 phones paid off I will be again shopping for a new cell carrier. read more

Went to a different t-mobile originally and the associate there royally screwed up my account. I had just switched over from verizon and he was trying to port my number over and ended up attaching it to some random strangers account. This happened the night before thanksgiving, too. So long story short, after getting the run around from customer care, I ended up going to the t-mobile on Ellsworth loop and ended up being helped by Ricky. He was absolutely fantastic! After explaining everything he wasn't even sure what to do. He ended up calling customer care, spent about an hour on the phone with them and got it figured out! After the nightmare the first store caused, I was suuuuuper relieved he got it fixed. Will definitely be using this t-mobile from now on! read more
