Came into the store on a busy Saturday and waited a few minutes and then was helped by a nice sales rep named Andrew. Me and hubby were looking to upgrade our plan by turning in our old phones and purchasing new iPhones. Unfortunately our phones didn't qualify for for the buy back but we still wanted new phones and Andrew was very nice. While setting up our new phones Andrew took the time to explain everything and my husband had a million questions and we both felt Andrew was quite knowledgeable. At this point the store was packed with customers but we didn't feel rushed at all. Very happy with our experience and the customer service rendered by awesome employee Andrew. Misleading Sales Practices and Poor Service! I am writing this to warn others about the deceptive sales practices at this location. I was misled in several ways: product misrepresentation, undisclosed fees, and unprofessional management. One week ago, I purchased a new phone and a watch based on a promotion explained by a representative. The representative charged me for a newer phone model but knowingly provided me with an older, cheaper model. I discovered this discrepancy when I finally managed to set up the device. When I returned to the store to resolve this, I was told I could not receive a full refund, specifically regarding activation fees that were never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. They also gave her an internet box for some reason when she did not ask for that. Asked for autopay and it wasn't added so she was charged ridiculous late fees. Do not come to this T-Mobile!!! If it's your only option please do some research beforehand on how they handle opening new accounts/transferring over as a new customer. Their job is to make commission $$$ so they will do a very good job at masking what they are actually selling you. Pay attention to how they come up with numbers, ask for visuals! Ask where they are getting the prices they are giving you because all they do is start writing down numbers on a blank sheet of paper while using their calculators and this is where they are being sneaky links and adding on things you don't even need! They have a chart of all possible plans that make it seem it's there to accommodate customers but really I'm sure it's just a guide on how to fish out money out of newly customers. Let's talk about their insurance. They will tell you you need to have your new phones insured for 4 months because during those 4 months they are getting commission out of it, yeah I know, scummy right? So if you don't want/need their insurance, you don't need to get it! If they take no for an answer just call customer service and cancel it through them. But at this point, it's better to just go to a different store. If you're getting new iPhones they're going to sneakingly add on charging adapters, mind you they're $20 a piece. If you catch on to that and bring it up they'll come up with some type of bullshit like - if you don't want to include them then you'll have to get your phone shipped to your house - which is total bull crap my friends. Just don't come here, they're all scummy sales reps. If you do come to this location, don't get helped by Emma. She'll gift you a hefty bill and overcharge you. read more

Caution: Questionable Sales Practices I recently visited this store in December to purchase an iPhone 15 Pro. My experience was marred by questionable sales tactics that I feel potential customers should be aware of. After some research I discovered this location is not a T-Mobile Corporate store, it is a T-Mobile third party authorized reseller which I believe is the reason for my negative experience. Firstly, the staff insisted on selling a charger with the phone, claiming it to be store policy. Despite my clear statement that I didn't require it, they persisted. Reluctantly, I acquiesced to avoid any further inconvenience, as they had the specific phone model I wanted. More concerning was the issue with the Protection 360 plan. I explicitly declined this optional insurance service, opting instead for AppleCare+ through Apple directly. However, to my surprise, I later discovered that Protection 360 had been added to my account without my consent a month later. I called T-Mobile corporate and they removed Protection 360, it took a bit of effort to get them to reverse the ~$18 charge. My recommendation would be you skip this location. There's a corporate store in Menifee off Huan & Newport Rd and another on Eucalyptus/Nason off the 60 that may be better. read more

Went to store for help to transfer my data because of this new upgrade to 5G. Was told if we got our phone online from T-Mobile they won't help us because we have to pay for them to help with activating and transfers g data on their phones. This store opened up recently and its the closest to my house, so I decided to upgrade my phone. Stopped by earlier during the week to find out when the Samsung S9 was going to be available and was told on Saturday. So I stopped by Saturday and was initially told by Bryam that there were none. As I was about to leave he noticed there was 1 left in blue which was not the color I was looking for. Got a call back from another store halfway through the transaction from another store which had the right color. I asked to cancel the transaction, but Tony the manager instructed Bryan to tell me that there was a $50 return fee right in front of me lol. Bait, switch and rude! I cannot strongly enough discourage any and all to avoid the new T-Mobile. First, I was T-Mobile customer years ago and I was very much impressed by their customer service. I moved to a new location that had a worthless T-Mobile signal, so I had to switch to AT&T. Years later, I rejoin T-Mobile. Turns out T-Mobile had a very inadequate signal at my new address. After 7 months of waiting for T-Mobile to provide a signal boaster, they told me to find another carrier. Unwilling to compensate me for 7 months of crappy coverage. When I left T-Mobile, my ex-wife spun off her own account, which was supposed to include her phone on her line on which she was making payments. That same afternoon, I went to pay off my balance. T-Mobile had left her phone on my account. I called immediately, and they agreed they'd made a mistake. After 30 days of them not being able to actually make this phone go to the ex's account because their computer system has/had a glitch, they offered to just give me a credit to zero out my account. The next month, instead of a credit, T-Mobile doubled the charge. After many, many, many calls and countless hours of my wasted time, as well as a letter to the department which handles disputes, I was sent to collections. Sadly, the company I switched to was Sprint because their coverage map showed great coverage where I live (BTW: the area where I live has no access to broadband, so my phone is my only access to the world), but what their coverage map showed wasn't true. A few months later (right after Sprint and TM merged), the closest tower to my house went offline due to a part that is indefinitely backordered with absolutely any idea by Sprint/T-Mobile when that tower will work again. No compensation for this either. I went to Verizon. When I tried to pay off my Sprint leased phone and close my account, T-Mobile did everything within their power to keep my account open so they could continue charging me. You cannot cancel your account in the app or online. You MUST call and wait and wait and wait to talk to someone who will tell you that you have to call another dept, and start the whole process over. That would be bad enough, but even after you find the right dept and tell them to close your account, they refuse. You must provide irrefutable justification as to why, and they deemed my experience with them as not enough - so they just kept putting me on hold, transferring me around, and asking me over and over what they could do to keep me from leaving. Did NOT matter to them that my number was already ported to VZW weeks earlier. I spent hours on the phone, chat, and in the store before they would close my account and agree to stop charging me for service I was not getting or using. read more

Different prices were told to me regarding plans. I have and still have conflicting information regarding t mobile paying my sprint bill or my phones off.
