It was supposed to be a reward for our "loyalty" to Verizon, but once you sign the contract they certainly wont be loyal to you. Now we're stuck with this contract without the benefits we were promised. Get a good lawyer first before you even think of going here. Or better yet, go anywhere else.

Considering we had to sit there for nearly an hour while he helped a family of four all getting new phones I expected a little better. Wasn't very helpful in helping me set up the new phone; didn't show me anything to do, basically just gave me the phone. He told me to do the survey on how he helped me today...my thought was: you're going to regret that. His customer service, maybe bedside manner(?) were lacking. Probably my poorest Verizon customer service interaction I've ever had. Do better.

My first visit, I turned around and walked out after seeing a queue of at least five people. Yesterday, there were two staff - one person assisting a customer and the second, assisting a customer and trying to greet new customers and manage the queue. With one customer ahead of me, it took 1.5 hrs to purchase a $15 accessory for my phone and have it applied. The demand for services grossly outweighs the supply of sales/support staff. To the owners of this franchise, you really need to do better. I prefer to support local business, but the next time I need something for my phone, I'll source from Amazon or an Apple Store

I walked in to MIdwest and was greeted by a very nice young lady at the front desk, who sent a…read moresales person over to assist me. Maybe her demeanor on that day was an anomaly, but she didn't act like she was trying to sell anything to me. She invited me back to her desk and brought up 2 dryers that they had in stock. A Speed Queen that I was interested in ( $1385 ) and a Hot Point ($850) and wrote them down on her card for me. I emailed her from home later and asked if I could pay $900 up front for the Speed Queen and pay remaining $500 off at 100/Month (maybe a naive question). In her condescending response, she said I could do that but I wouldn't be able to get the dryer until I paid it off. I sent another email and asked if she could send a list of dryers they had in the 800 to $900 range. She never got back to me. I also looked up the Hot Point dryer she wanted to sell to me and it's among the lowest rated you can find. I've had people working at Walmart stocking shelves, that acted like they were more interested in helping me than she was.

After scheduling the appointment for a service tech to come out the process was tremendous. From keeping us informed to letting us know what would be happening the process was very smooth. Ryan the tech arrived on time and in a matter of minutes had diagnosed the problem and began to fix our internet. Can't say enough good things about Ryan from his knowledge and courteous approach on the whole situation! He explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. All n all my experience was great. I have been there 3 different times and every time the customer…read moreservice was awesome. After I received my first bill I couldn't understand it for the life of me so I went in to have it explained. The associates were very polite with all my questions and must have spent 25 minuets with me answering my questions. I had also bought some Hue light bulbs, a drone, and an echo dot for Christmas and they gave me a better deal than what was posted online!!! Everyone seems like they enjoy working there.
