The associates were very polite with all my questions and must have spent 25 minuets with me answering my questions. I've never had to show this out of all of the times I've been to Smokes 4 Less. I like getting cigars every now and then, and this was just something that left a sour taste in my mouth. I like Smokes 4 Less, but that was an annoying experience. Other than that, the selection is nice and I wish that all of the Smokes 4 Less had the same inventory. I also have to say I enjoy the intense incense smell when I walk in.

Then I was told it's the frame and then it's due to cataract. Her exact words were 'the glasses are correct to the prescription'. The prescription is obviously wrong then!! So, now I have glasses I can't wear and my insurance won't allow for another exam for 12 months. And I'm out $165.

I don't typically look at shoes as I only wear vionics. I was asked if I needed any assistance. Asked about vionics and was told about aetrex. It stayed with me and I went in the next week to learn more. Ended up buying one pair for me and two for my mother. Amazing customer service both times. And, your store was BUSY! I'm not sure I've ever seen a shoe store so busy. Every worker was helpful and working. I was VERY impressed. I will definitely be shopping there again. The manager found me a pair that had the qualities I was looking for (waterproof, rugged, and fashionable) and even looked better than the ones I had originally wanted. I…read morehad called three times in order to ask a license question, that a person in their sporting goods department could possibly answer. The call was put on hold and dropped twice during the transfer. Third time was put on hold while the department was paged, before being dropped again. Here's the scoop from an experienced sales and marketing person, this is not how customers should be treated. (Yup, I said "customer"!) When a person calls you three times for the same thing, it means they want to know that you have what they need, hence, they are a customer. When you fail repeatedly to provide them with the information they seek, they don't think of you the next time they need something else that may be related to their first failed search. Hopefully, the folks at Ace of La Crosse will see this, and have a team meeting, about how important satisfying a customer's curiosity by answering a simple question, can be a crucial first step in getting a customer.
