To start this of I asked for a balayage and highlights, a touch up on my roots and for a trim OF THE BOTTOM OF MY HAIR. She gave me super dull blonde highlights when I asked for a light blonde. She cut way more then I asked and cut the front of my hair (I have longer bangs like curtain bangs) and the cut the top of them TO THE ROOT causing them to grow out as bangs. The worst part is she FRIED my hair. I thought my hair was dry, I gave it about a month and a half but nope! its super friend and gummy at the ends. I DON'T RECOMMEND!!

Through the years I have had many different looks; perms, colors, and different haircuts and I was listened to and given good feedback and suggestions. These gals are quite knowledgeable and helpful. I generally don't stay with the same stylist (only because I am impulsive and end up making appointments with someone else because the original stylist is booked) It didn't really matter because I have always felt like all of the stylists were good. I no longer live in Lacrosse, but when I come back to visit, if I need a cut, I stop in there and leave feeling good. Not to mention I had two derma-plating facials where the aesthetician tweezed my eyebrows without my consent and I didn't say anything until the second time because she took nearly half my eyebrows off and I had to get them tattooed on because of it. It was very expensive and could have easily been avoided if they were more selective on some of there hires. Also My poor customer service experiences was not an isolated incident but quite a few visits over a period of time and with multiple staff, including the owner's husband Adam, a receptionist and two aestheticians. I also think they should have a female doing there consultation's because a lot of us have trouble feeling comfortable confiding in a male and I've heard that complaint from quite a few people. I also am not a fan of the new location and it's a major downgrade being that it's near downtown and the parking is awful. Also there new Botox and filler service is insanely overpriced and for someone very new at that service. Word definitely goes around and at nu you weight loss center it is so much more affordable and Mindy has been doing injections for decades. I really don't mean to be harsh but they are very much needing to make improvements because they are losing long time customers like myself.

First of all, she shampooed my hair and didn't rinse it all out. Secondly, she poked me with her shears and didn't even say sorry. Then she was trashy by telling me about personal life, way too much information! If I wanted to know about any of that I would have asked. Next, she smelled like booze, as if she hadn't taken a shower from a night out. Finally, which really got me upset, was that I asked her to cut 5" off of the sides and 2" off of the back, but she cute 8 1/2" off! I have never in my 32 years of life had a hair stylist be so rude and uncaring. She was just really raunchy and I definitely wont be back to see her.
