I took my truck in for an oil change this morning. Per the website it said I would be text a barcode so I could just pull up and get the appointment started. I pulled up and parked in front of the bay. Walked inside, surprise, it's just part of a normal Walmart store, but there's a little waiting room! Shortly after I had a seat Teal came around to ask which oil change I wanted? I told her a standard for $26.99....then...you know what, do the $48.99 synthetic. Teal then said they didn't have the items for the $48.99 service so I opted for the mid grade synthetic at $58.99. From the time I pulled up to the bay until the time I pulled away after paying. was a little under 45 minutes. I liked that the waiting room had a window out to the bay, a little fun. The website is hopeless; do not purchase any goods from Walmart. Groceries ok. Living in California, near a Walmart logistics center. 20 years ago it was floundering .Spring forward 20 years.First of all, the app is poorly designed. One day the app will state that a delivery will be delivered today, never arrived or plants I ordered show up as dead. It will never be better than Amazon. Perhaps Walmart wanted a haphazardly built website, because they do not care about products, other than groceries. Or, I am in an area ( Wisconsin) that does not support on-time delivery or great customer service. Everyone appreciates great customer service. I called my local Walmart, absolutely zero help. I was told I needed to contact the seller?? Isn't that your job, sir. Silence on the other end of this call. Hopeless. And frustrated. Nobody needs this! Low prices and great customer service and support,that is what is the standard of online marketing. Get with the program Walmart! read more

Onalaska location. Better pickup where a shoe size ordered 7.5 wide, received 11 W. Whoever picked the order was not paying attention. Now the shoe I ordered is out of the wide size. I now have to go back to return them, 40 mile round trip. We spend 400 there in groceries monthly. read more

The place is picked up for the most part the bathrooms in the front is never that kept up. The attitude is definitely there but if you go on a good day you have really nice people working. The last 4 times I have tried to get someone to unlock something it was a needle in a haystack to find one!!!!! read more

We were in town for a convention and this Walmart was close to our hotel-Hampton Inn. We needed some items for a food drive so swung in and found what we needed. This store appeared very clean ad is a good sized Super Walmart. We did self check out without any issues. Employees were masked and there was an employee sweeping around the entry way to the grocery sectioned who wished us well on our way out. read more

The prices have gone up crapy customer service.shelfs never stocked, watched one of the associates in pets move product from top shelf to its place down below but instead of moving the other products that don't belong there he still put the flea spray in front of the other product with no care. Then walking through the store to get what we need we see other associates just sanding around or they walk by meet sitting out and walk right by it after looking at it or their is bread and boxes out on the floor open. But if you tell someone they look at you like you did wrong for saying something. Then when walking in the trash is over flowing very nasty then the trash laying around the store not including the parking lot so nasty.I don't even want to shop here again. read more

Prices have gone up higher on some things than at other stores. No clothing for men, just boys or really small men. Customer service is OK if you're lucky enough to find someone who actually shows up when paged, sometimes needing to be paged more than once. The overall attitude seems to be "whatever, I'm getting paid no matter what". read more

The lady with the blue eyeliner was beyond stellar! I have never received better service at the self check out. She deserves a raise today. Boost her salary, might as well make her manager if the store! Very impressed! read more

Shout out to Justin in pharmacy who successfully intervened with our health insurance and got the company to reimburse us over $700.00 for prescriptions. Besides that, he and all members of the pharmacy department are professional and courteous. We also appreciate delivery to our vehicle in the parking lot. read more

I was refused to buy ammunition for no reason at all by the assistant manager of the onalaska Wisconsin store , I am of age and asked her if I could purchase some shotgun slugs and was told " no I will not" I then asked why not and she just told me she can refuse the sale of ammunition, i honestly think she was to lazy to unlock it‍ read more

When you go to purchase fabric from the fabric section and the attitude leaves you with a sense of "sorry I bothered you"---people skills need to be addressed. Wow. read more

The staff are beyond helpful and willing to help with a smile on their face. They walk you to the item and go out of their way to make sure it's exactly what you want instead of pointing and walking away. If something is not in store or in stock they will walk you through the processes of getting the item you want and even show you the deals!
