I just became another customer. AND they asked for address 3 times. AND my bank routing number and checking...which was a foolish thingto do. Because then they put some mystery charges on there. Went I went back to STC to cancel my membership, I brought this up... The store manager gave me an 888 number told me to call and said they don't handle the 3rd party charges.... Charges still exist.

Never have I ever needed tanning lotion anywhere else. It's their ploy to make you spend money on their products. On top of this, the staff and management are very rude. I have skin that tans very easily and I never get burnt. They suggested that I only go in for 7 minutes on a 15 minute max bed. I have never tanned less than max time in any bed. Even when I went back the next time, obviously not burnt, they still wouldn't let me go in for more than 8 minutes. Better off getting a gym membership at planet fitness and tan there rather than deal with this embarrassment of an establishment. Never going back.

Went in today and the Manager gave me the wrong room number, so off I go to the other room. The machine wasn't working. Had to go out 3 times to get her 'help' and she could care less that I was having problems. After 30 mins, I had enough and left. I unfortunately bought a 3 month package. Can't wait for it to expire.
