Great customer service, too, as Gail the owner called me after I left the store to make sure I was comfortable with the approach they were going to use on my stubborn stain - they definitely went above & beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer! And their price was much less than I expected, for the quality results that I received! I would highly recommend Suds Stor & More for anyone looking for great laundry service at a great price!

The place smells of mildewing clothing which seemed to be caused by the blanket on top of the 1/2 wall by the washing machines. I am from out of state and stopped in there today to post job postings as well as do the same on my computer for maybe 10 minutes and the manager came up to me to tell me i couldn't "hang out there" that would have to leave if I wasn't washing clothes there. So I threw a towel in the dryer and 50 cents to finish my post. I thought I would post this one too. When I posted the job postings at Excalibur laundry down the street it was packed and was 50 cents cheaper to wash and dry. I will be washing clothes there instead from now on.

Your experience…read morewill start by noticing the all the washers and dryers are tiny, but cost just as much as any other laundromat. If you choose to accept this you'll try and find a washer without one of many comically detailed out of order signs. After your laundry is out of the washer, you'll try to dry you're clothes in one of the few dryers without the highly detailed out of order signs. You'll discover there should be way more out of order signs than there are, but the only way to test the machines are by it eating your money. After you've had multiple machines eat your money, you'll find one that's seemingly operational. This is only a ploy to make you stay in this purgatory longer. It will take at least an hour and a half to get your laundry almost dry. If you have ever wondered what a money laundering front looks like, look no further. That's about the only thing being laundered around a touch of sun, I drive by all the time and never see any business.

Below is a copy of my review from https://www.yelp.com/biz/laundry-express-laundromat-la-crosse-la-crosse Dropped 11 shirts off for dry cleaning because the laundry express website shows a price of $1.75 which is significantly less than anywhere else in the area. Lady working told me that it would be ready in two days and that they would call or text when it was ready to go. Thursday rolls around no call or text. Doesn't matter to me I didn't need the shirts until the following Monday. Go in on Saturday morning and was told that "the shirts should have been in by now but we don't do the dry cleaning so it's not our fault." However, Laundry Express accepted my business so it is their fault. I was not doing business with the dry cleaning outlet, I came into Laundry Express to have my laundry taken care of. I was told that the shirts would definitely be back on Monday morning at 7 AM when they open and that they would call or text on Monday morning to let me know. Not surprisingly, no calls or texts on Monday. I go in after work and the shirts are finally ready, a full 5 days after the date I was promised and a full day after I needed them (don't tell my coworkers I was wearing a dirty shirt that day). I figure I'll settle my bill and just won't come back because of this inconvenience. But wait there's more! They tried to charge me more than the advertised price on their website. They charged me 34% more than the website's price! After explaining that I certainly was not going to pay more than the advertised price, especially when the clothes were FIVE days late, the worker called a few of her coworkers who all said that it wasn't laundry express's fault that the advertised price was wrong. I said that wasn't good enough because it is the company that has the price listed at $1.75 (still is $1.75 on laxlaundryexpress.com under the dry cleaning tab as of 5/10/16 @ 7:35 AM). Eventually, the worker called the owner who told her to settle my bill at $1.75 a piece because that was the advertised price. However after being FIVE days late with my shirts, making it a hassle for me to get their advertised pricing, and wasting my time driving back out to them, it is safe to say that I will not be returning.
