The place smells of mildewing clothing which seemed to be caused by the blanket on top of the 1/2 wall by the washing machines. I am from out of state and stopped in there today to post job postings as well as do the same on my computer for maybe 10 minutes and the manager came up to me to tell me i couldn't "hang out there" that would have to leave if I wasn't washing clothes there. So I threw a towel in the dryer and 50 cents to finish my post. I thought I would post this one too. When I posted the job postings at Excalibur laundry down the street it was packed and was 50 cents cheaper to wash and dry. I will be washing clothes there instead from now on.

Recently the facility has went under new ownership and it is back to 24 hours. I enjoy this because I tend to do my laundry in the early morning hours. The new proprietor has cameras in the facility that they view regularly to keep the facility safe. I also want to mention that the facility is very clean compared to what it used to be. In addition they've also added some new dryers that work very well and the cost is very reasonable.

When covid hit that same week, picking up my favorite shirt was put on hold for awhile until further notice. Further notice wound up being a year. After 6 months, I gave up on ever seeing the shirt again and moved to Valparaiso, IN. Recently, I was visiting family and dropped off a jacket that needed a new zipper. As I was leaving County Seat I noticed a single shirt hanging on the back wall. I said, "Could it be? Grab that shirt please!" She looked at me and said, "Are you Jason?" I said, "I am!" I could not believe it. After 2 years my shirt was still there. County Seat really love clothes. 3 out of 4 shirts recommend County Seat Laundry to their pants!!!! Thank you so much guys! Jay

I'd like to start off by saying I have never written a bad review of a product or business before…read more In February, I reached out to Chemdry to clean a 6'x9' rug that had stains and odor from cat urine. When Dave picked up the rug, he stated that he could guarantee that the stains and odor would come out. At this time I was never given a timeline of how long the cleaning would take. I will be honest, I've never had this service done so I was not even sure how long it would take. After nearly 2 months I decided to call just to check on the rug and see if they could give me a timeline. I received the rug on April 11th and Dave explained that some of the staining on the back of the rug didn't come out -which I was fine with. However, he said the smell was completely gone. When we unrolled the rug in our house we could almost immediately smell urine/ammonia. I called chemdry on 4/13 and told them the smell was not completely gone. The person that I talked to said that she would have Dave contact me to set up a time to pick up the rug and try to clean it again. I never heard from anyone, so by 4/22 I decided to call back and ask for a refund. The person who I talked to said she will have the owner contact me right away. It is now 5/14 and I have yet to receive a phone call. I am a very reasonable and understanding person and I completely understand that possibly there are other issues that I as the customer cannot see. But when a customer is not happy with their service, the business should communicate with them and do their best to make it right.
