Great to have a dependable dry cleaner in the area! They also do a great job with my laundered shirts and get the medium starch just right.

My daughter took her prom dress out to get some alterations done, had the first fitting and took measurements and left the dress there. There was no estimate on price given so she was instructed to call and request a quote as I was the one paying for the alterations. Over the phone they quoted $80-$100 after being placed on hold to ask the owner. Scheduled a fitting for this Monday (4/25/22). That morning she received a call stating they needed to cancel the appointment due to an emergency with one of their staff members. During that phone call they did not reschedule or make any plan to follow up. My daughter called the next day to schedule a time to come out there days later (4/28/22) after the fitting was over she went to the front desk where the total rang up at $163. After some back and forth, they were able to agree to discount it to $126. She did not pick up the dress, and instead I called to try to step in. I got an employee on the phone and explained the situation, though she didn't seem understand the issue, or my name, or my number, so after sole confusion, a message was left for the manager. The manager did not return the call, so I called back today, only to find out she was there, but to busy to take my call, so we decided to go out in person. Upon arriving, they immediately recognized my daughter and went to go get Roxanne (owner). Roxanne proceeded to tell us that they don't do quotes, and they worked for 5.5 hours on it, so this was the lowest they will go, they are only breaking even. I was then told that I was not welcome back again because of how I treated their staff (explaining the situation, and making multiple calls to reach a resolution ) To Recap: * Lengthy time for Alterations * Zero Follow-up * Poor Leadership * Bad Customer Service Horrible business practice, I highly recommend doing business elsewhere. read more

I have gotten clothes washed here several times now and my clothes comes up missing and they do nothing about it. In the summer I dropped off my clothes and asked them to be dry cleaned, instead they washed them and shrunk my designer clothes. I then realized that items were missing and when I called up there when I finally talked to the owner they said that they would review the tapes and see if my items were dropped off. After calling them several times the women said that the clothes were never dropped off, when I asked to see the video she refused to show me the video and ultimately told me it's not here fault. After months I went to their south side location hoping that it wouldn't happen there. The employee informed me that they take all there clothes to the Onalaska location but I dropped off my clothes again hoping for the best... when I picked up my clothes another expensive item was missing so I asked if they could find it. I now called them after a week of them looking for it and they told me to call the owner again.. when I called the owner I recorded the whole conversation on my phone the owner the owner called me " a drug dealer" and said that it is ok for my clothes to be stolen because of that. I've never met this woman I don't know her at all I don't know where that came from so apparently if you have nice clothes they think you are a drug dealer and can steal your stuff? So at this point I felt it was appropriate to go in the store and address the situation. I went to the store I asked for Roxanne the owner she came out the back being very stand off ish I asked why she said these things on the phone she said ghat she never said it then I let her know that I recorded the whole conversation on the phone and she became very flustered and called the police on me. When the police arrived I told them I was just coming to try and get my stuff and played the recording of the women talking on the phone. I was then told to put in a civil claim on them. So overall terrible experience at hangers to hems not only do they not wash your clothes the way you pay them to but they also steal your clothes, profile you, call you names, and then call the police on you when you come to get your stuff. Please don't waste your time bringing clothes to this establishment. read more
