I am extremely disappointed in this business and will NEVER be returning after a horrific…read moreexperience. I have gone in twice now to get my eyebrows threaded. The first appointment I made last month was for 10:30am. When I arrived the store was locked. I received a phone call from an unknown number and it was the woman who was supposed to do my brows telling me she was on the way and would be there in 10 minutes. She got there at 10:45. She sat me down in the chair and there were used cotton pads on the table she was getting my thread from. She did not wash her hands anytime during my time there. My second time going was today. My appointment was for 10:45. I didn't get my brows done until 11:09. The woman doing my brows had taken a walk in before me. I left with my right eyebrow significantly thinner than the other. My eyebrows are not symmetrical in the slightest and I am extremely disappointed. I honestly don't want to include a photo because I don't want to be recognized because of how embarrassing it is. I will never be back and honestly would rather never have my eyebrows done again than go back here.

I was with the talented Jadrian who was very talented, knowledgable and and calming. I got a 10/10 service and enjoyed every moment. We were welcomed by Karen who gave us a nice tour and set us up with our robes, teas and foot soak. Husband raved about the head massage from Krissy. From the moment we started, every step felt like a luxurious treat. It was such a wonderful winter retreat and I can't recommend these services or this team enough!

I got a micro-derm treatment the same day which completed my spa day! The treatment was effective, didn't hurt at all, and also did not leave my face red like i thought it was going to. I plan to come back on a regular basis to get my beautified glam and glow, then go - because I live in California.... Wish I lived closer, but luckily I come to see my family a lot. Also love the ambiance of the salon, they did a great job decorating and making it inviting and relaxing. Need a break and want to treat yourself - come here! You're (and it's) worth it!

After having an appointment booked for 3 months,( I had a deposit down of $60.00) on the day of my…read moreappointment the tattooist canceled on me 1 hour before my scheduled chair time. For that Black Lotus will not receive anymore business from my friends, family, and much less myself. When I asked for my deposit back he says "I will mail it to you...". Wow. So not only did I put money down I had to take time off work unpaid and pay for a babysitter for my 4 kids, not to mention I drove 1 hour out of my way to get this done and this is how I am treated. So, Black Lotus this guy cost you more than you can comprehend in dollars and reliable business. BBB is my next stop....

I have went to Pennys salon for many years (I am a middle aged woman) and can honestly say, I have…read morenever left feeling like I didn't get good service. Through the years I have had many different looks; perms, colors, and different haircuts and I was listened to and given good feedback and suggestions. These gals are quite knowledgeable and helpful. I generally don't stay with the same stylist (only because I am impulsive and end up making appointments with someone else because the original stylist is booked) It didn't really matter because I have always felt like all of the stylists were good. I no longer live in Lacrosse, but when I come back to visit, if I need a cut, I stop in there and leave feeling good. I highly recommend Pennys salon, a good group of professional and smart stylists.
