Do not waste your time or money. You will be treated rudely. You will be dissatisfied and ripped off. I asked for a mani pedi as I have been for over 42 years. Told to pick out colors, which I did. Was NOT told some colors cost $40 MORE THAN OTHERS!! Was by far the worst mani pedi I have ever received. Jay was on his earbud the entire time, wasn't paying attention to what he was doing and it showed in his "work". No massage, feet were still rough, nails were cut uneven on both my feet and hands, neither were filed or shaped, sloppy polish and finish. Overall looked like a child had done the job. When I asked what the "upcharge" was all about and said he tricked me, he just said "Oh well". I will not go back, I suggest you never go there, and it is no wonder the place was empty. read more

I stopped by this salon recently for a pedicure before a vacation. I chose the "no chip" gel pedicure so that it would last longer which cost $50 dollars plus tip. The pedicure was quick and they did not do any foot care or callous removal despite having the tools out. Unfortunately, only a week after getting the pedicure, on my first day of vacation, the gel started peeling off leaving half of my nails totally bare. This was disappointing as I paid extra for a pedicure that was supposed to last longer. I've gotten gel pedicures at other salons that have lasted for weeks and then been challenging to take off. I called the salon to ask if they would fix the polish and they said no. They said they would only do a fix after "a couple days". I was disappointed by this because the pedicure was advertised as "no chip". I was planning to come back and try the dip manicure but now will not be returning. read more

Price was great and they called to confirm 7 minutes before time slot which we appreciated because we were just about to phone that we were running 10 minutes late coming from Winona. The chairs are fine, although not a lot of options for the massages. Massage of feet was decent, but price for Smooth was great for what we got. The guy there, which I am POSITIVE, had no license to do nails. He was peeling off my old set of nails without soaking them. This was extreme pain and I said NOTHING. He was to replace the set and he first was taking the color off then cutting my nails then ripping them off without a soak!!! Then they ask what job you do so they can charge alot of money..The lady before me cost 100 for pedicure and set..I was charged $110.00 n he waited for a tip. I was so bummed. I asked for a gel pedicure which includes a full massage. The lady massaged each foot for 5 seconds and was finished. I asked for a bit more since the massage was included in the price and she kept telling me she already did it. I asked for a bit longer and she refused. Did a pedicure for my husband and I. The technicians rushed through the entire thing as quickly as possible. Did not speak to us at all. At first this seemed like a really fun idea to do with my friend, however we ended up having to wait a very extensive time and I didn't even get service! They spent almost 2 hours on my friend's nails (only one color) and I had to leave before I got mine done, because they were about to close. Furthermore, the curing light they used to set in the color was painful and there were many other (less painful) options. They were very impatient when we repeatedly told them that it had been too long and we had to leave and didn't listen when my friend said the light was hurting. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. I had an appointment scheduled at opening time because I have been there later in the day before and they continue to take walk ins regardless of how many appointments they have coming in. An employee didn't show that morning and the one who was there was freaking out. He was touching my toes and then touching his phone non-stop attempting to call the employee who overslept. He complained the entire time and was incredibly flustered. He rushed through my pedicure and was very aggressive with my feet and the water was cold. I did not get a massage and he continued to complain. NOT RELAXING AT ALL!!!! When I went to pay for my pedicure (which wasn't worth it) the computer wasn't working correctly and he had to reboot the entire system. When I walked out the door, I told him I wouldn't be back and then as the door was shutting I heard him throw something and knock all the nail books onto the floor very loudly and it scared me. I was just in there 2 minutes ago and I'm writing this in the car. Me and my mom went in there to get gel nail polish and when I asked what I wanted done I asked if it was okay. I wanted five different colors because I've seen others doing it, but the lady did not like that at all (FYI). When it came time to pay for the services my mom tipped they obviously did not think it was enough. So my mom ended up giving more for a tip and they were still extremely rude. We could tell by their tones that they were upset. At least my nails look cute. Also, my mom and grandma went a couple of weeks ago and they did not happen to tell any of their customers they switched management so they almost did not accept their gift card they had. read more

Decided to try this place AGAIN, after a couple unforgettable experiences. Mind you, I've been going here since they opened and Vicki was working there. When she left it was horrendous, and the place just went downhill. Heard they were doing a bit better so decided to try again. 3 weeks ago made an appointment for pedi's for 2 people at 11:00. We stood around for about 10 minutes (which was OK), then seated us. Started mine immediately, but let my "pedi partner" sit there for almost half an hour before someone decided to start her. Wanted a design drawn on our big toes, but the lady doing the pedi said "I don't know how to draw" and tried to pawn off some rub-on crap. After showing her a picture, a young man attempted to give me what I wanted--epic fail (though I applaud his attempt). Who gives you a black palm tree on orange toes (nothing like the pic I showed him), and big black blob that was supposed to represent the sun?? He did try to make the suns (which were 2 different sizes on each toe) look better by dabbing some gold sparkly stuff on it, with not much success. It definitely has the Halloween look going on, but since I'm leaving on vacation I'm kind of stuck with them--ugh. HUGE waste of money today. This was my first time here. Very friendly staff! The leg and foot massage were great! Included oil and salt scrub! Legs and feet feel very smooth! Very clean and soothing environment! These people are SOOOOOO nice and the place is new, clean and relaxing. They take walk ins, however they are usually busy so I recommend calling ahead. I have had both Phils and pedicures and the service is amazing, no matter has help me out. They do a fantastic job. This is my new preferred place. There are three levels of pedicures here. For $30 I received a salt scrub treatment, oil and a fantastic leg and foot massage. You will pay $50 for this most other places. The $40 one includes a hot stone massage! I will definitely be back to try that one. Thank you T! read more
