So around August 19th I went to this salon, I heard great reviews so I went. I was excited to get a…read morespot since they have been booked. Oh boy was I wrong, so the lady was really nice and she just overall was really great maybe not her ears because she gave me nothing I asked for. To start this of I asked for a balayage and highlights, a touch up on my roots and for a trim OF THE BOTTOM OF MY HAIR. She gave me super dull blonde highlights when I asked for a light blonde. She cut way more then I asked and cut the front of my hair (I have longer bangs like curtain bangs) and the cut the top of them TO THE ROOT causing them to grow out as bangs. The worst part is she FRIED my hair. I thought my hair was dry, I gave it about a month and a half but nope! its super friend and gummy at the ends. I DON'T RECOMMEND!!

Madeline was very kind easy to talk to. She asked questions about my facial concerns. Then gave me time to change into gown. My facial was very relaxing & loved the whole experience. It had been a few years since I had gone in for regular facials. I may need to come visit Lisa more often, so I can book an appt with Madeline. For another wonderful facial. Thank you Madeline for a special afternoon.

Told to pick out colors, which I did. Was NOT told some colors cost $40 MORE THAN OTHERS!! Was by far the worst mani pedi I have ever received. Jay was on his earbud the entire time, wasn't paying attention to what he was doing and it showed in his "work". No massage, feet were still rough, nails were cut uneven on both my feet and hands, neither were filed or shaped, sloppy polish and finish. Overall looked like a child had done the job. When I asked what the "upcharge" was all about and said he tricked me, he just said "Oh well". I will not go back, I suggest you never go there, and it is no wonder the place was empty.

I've been using their products for about three years now, and every single item I've tried has been wonderful for my skin. One thing I really love is knowing exactly what I'm putting on my skin. The ingredients are thoughtful, gentle, and effective, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. Recently, my daughter also started using their face wash, and it has worked amazingly well for her skin too. The owner is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her customers. She always takes the time to answer questions and help however she can. It's rare to find a company with products this good and customer service this personal. Highly recommend!
