I tried booking an appointment online through her Facebook page and I didn't hear from her, so 3…read moredays later I texted the number provided on her profile page and we had a confirmed appointment which was all good to go . I drove 45 minutes away and I showed up to the appointment on time, but there was a note on her front door stating she needed to reschedule her appointments for today. I sent her a text and no reply. I truly understand if you are sick or have a family emergency as to why you need to cancel, but for her not to even try calling or texting stating "hey sorry for the inconvenience but...I need to cancel" before customers show up is quite honestly the most disrespectful thing. Customers don't deserve a heads up apparently, so because of this I will never be back. Leaving a note on the door and ghosting a client is beyond rude!

She took 2 inches off the back, one and a half inches off the left side, 1 inch off the right side to get everything even. She also had to put my highlights in correctly. They were only spotting highlights, not full head highlights like I requested from krystal. And it cost me over $100 to get my hair fixed. I messaged Krystal to get my money back and she said to send her a picture of the receipt and she would return my money, I sent her a picture of the receipt and still have not gotten my money back. This was over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my money and she is delete me off Facebook and everything else to not repay me. She is not a hairstylis, she is a scam..
