The place is brand new and had plenty of space to move with lots of pedi & mani stations. The atmosphere was spa like with soft relaxing music and pretty quiet. This place actually smelled good and didn't have that awful harsh acetone smell like most salons have which was a huge benefit! All of the staff was super welcoming and nice. Vi was running a little behind from her previous client so instead of having me sit there and wait, she had her coworker begin removing my old manicure until she finished up. She was super friendly, precise and took her time. It took a total of 75 mins. I would highly recommend her! The only downfall to this place is that they don't have massage chairs while getting a pedicure but instead of have large comfy chairs and they are a bit pricier than other places. $55 - dip manicure $10 - nail polish removal Overall the experience was great and I will definitely be coming back!!

I got chrome and it was a total of $70-75, normally is $60. She also is quick so I was in and out within around 60-75 minutes. I'd recommend making an appointment online before arriving but can definitely walk in. They currently only have a few techs working so if it's busy, you may have to wait or come back if you walk in. I had gel x on my nails that was only about a week grown out so scheduled a gel polish change for my fingers. When I got there I was told I needed a fill (which was fine). Once he was told it was gel x he said he had to take it all off. I came in asking for ombre and was told that they can I only do ombre with "dip". Because my nails were off already I said that was fine. My natural nails were decently long and I told him to keep the length but it was all cut off. I had originally asked for an almond but when I realized how short he cut them I asked for a round or oval shape instead. He tried to put extensions on and I repeated I didn't want them, and I wanted my natural nails. He shaped the left hand square and I asked again for oval. He then put "dip" on my fingers and I left because I had somewhere to go. After I left I realized that the left hand was still square and the right was oval. The right hand was longer than the left. I WAS CHARGED 70$ for this even without extensions. I went back to see if they would fix them and they blamed it on me and that I picked ombre. My issue was not how short my nails were or the ombre. It was the fact that THEY WERE DIFFERENT SHAPES AND SIZES. Additionally I never wanted acrylic on my nails because it is horrible for them but yet there I was when the word literally was not said once the whole time. Finally he agreed to fix them the next day. This is when my real problems started. My appointment was at 12 and when I got there he was helping someone else. I waited for twenty minutes to be helped and all that was done was acetone wraps to soak off the acrylic. I was asked to sit back in the waiting area and after asking found out it would only be 5 minutes. At 12:45 I was done. No one had helped me and at this point I just wanted my money back. This guy (I had James) argued with me in front of the WHOLE STORE for 20 minutes saying my nail beds were uneven. Horrible customer service. Finally I received a refund after asking probably 20 times. Horrible horrible experience. He wouldn't call his manager to confirm that the refund would come in and continued to argue with me. Mind you I am a minor and work in customer service so I understand what it is like and also how easy it is to treat customers with respect. Also I am non confrontational and have never once complained how someone has done my nails. What I got was not worth $70 and not a single time was I apologized to. Even if you believe you're right, you apologize for the situation. I finally got a refund and will never be returning. Be warned.

I have unfortunately not had the best experience the last few times I've been in there though :( Two different times I made an appointment I had to wait over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I love that they are so busy because they really have done a great job in the past, but I've also noticed lately that the lengths of my nails aren't even and sometimes crooked. They seem to fall off easier after a fill and the last few times I've gotten my nails done, the previous color wasn't fully taken off. I was able to see all 3 colors I've had through the nail. I just got pink done and could still see the blue from my previous set through it. It's really upsetting because I finally found someone I loved going to but my experience hasn't been the best the last few months, it always feels like i'm being rushed and it's not exactly a cheap thing to get done ($55 for a fill IMO is a little high) I may need to try to go elsewhere. :/
