This place is so underrated! It was my first time here and I booked my appointment online 2 days in advance. They had plenty of openings which was super convenient. My nail tech was Vi! The place is brand new and had plenty of space to move with lots of pedi & mani stations. The atmosphere was spa like with soft relaxing music and pretty quiet. This place actually smelled good and didn't have that awful harsh acetone smell like most salons have which was a huge benefit! All of the staff was super welcoming and nice. Vi was running a little behind from her previous client so instead of having me sit there and wait, she had her coworker begin removing my old manicure until she finished up. She was super friendly, precise and took her time. It took a total of 75 mins. I would highly recommend her! The only downfall to this place is that they don't have massage chairs while getting a pedicure but instead of have large comfy chairs and they are a bit pricier than other places. $55 - dip manicure $10 - nail polish removal Overall the experience was great and I will definitely be coming back!! read more

I came to the salon with my mom, as this is the halfway point between the places where we live. The atmosphere upon entering was relaxing and the service its self was ok (average quality finished product). The staff we interacted with seemed nice. The problem is that it is now 3 weeks after our pedicure and I had to deal with an infected toe due to the fact that the nail tech seemed to be in a rush and cut my cuticles much too short and opened up my skin. I would not recommend getting a pedicure here if you want to keep your skin in tact and stay healthy! read more

Luna is the BEST! I got a dip manicure and she is so precise and takes her time. I'm super picky when it comes to getting my nails done (I'll only go to a place if my dip lasts 3+ weeks). Here it lasts AND it looks nice the entire time. In addition, The salon is super clean and sooo relaxing. It's basically a spa which is so much nicer than the typical gross nail salons around town. Nice place for a pedicure, clean, but they don't have massage chairs and the pedicure doesn't include a massage. Bummer.

I've been to this salon 3 times. I've had 3 different techs. The first 2 visits were good. Professional staff, dip manicure and dip manicure/pedicure were well done. This last time I got a dip manicure. Initially it started out ok. Dip removal was done a little quicker than I'm used to (very little soaking time, LOTS of sanding to get it off...) but regardless my nails were ready for a fresh coat. My nails were trimmed and shaped nicely. The problem was that the tech was way too aggressive with the cuticle care. I think it's become more common now to 'sand down' cuticles instead of soaking and carefully sanding/trimming. Because of this, one of my cuticles was cut and bled and there is general redness around it as well as all of my other cuticles. In addition, the powder was poorly 'dipped' and my nails have uneven ridges on them. Most of them don't feel smooth and glossy the way they should having just been done. When asked if I liked my nails, I said they were ok only because I didn't want nearby customers to hear. Obviously, posting this will alert even more customers but it's fair that people are aware of my experience. Of note, the customer sitting to my right left the salon with the most beautiful looking red nails! I'm jealous. read more

Absolutely awful experience at indigo nail. Lack of customer service, lack of experience, lack of everything. It was embarrassing how awful the customer service was and the prices didn't not match the services. A child got a gel manicure and paid $70. 2 dip extensions and a pedicure costs $250 and the pedicure lasted 15 minutes and it was done. One of the dip manicure was suppose to be an white ombré and it turned out pink. No hospitality at all. They were literally working in slow motion. We were there for 3 hours total. It was a miserable experience. Close the doors. Cheap cheap decor. Not even cute. Floors were extremely dirty and the desks had filing residue all over them. read more

Very clean. Friendly staff. I got dip extensions which cracked on me pretty quickly. This tends to happen on my nails with dip powder, so I don't believe it was due to the manicurist. Good place to go for dip or gel polish. read more
