My top lid is just a tad thicker than my bottom...just the way I wanted it...and she was able to bring my bottom liner up nice and tight to the mucous line/water line without having actually tattooed onto it, which doesn't retain ink very well and is more prone to getting infection. She took her time explaining, demonstrated a nice steady hand with her line work, and didn't let me leave until both eyes were completely symmetrical! Her aftercare instructions were clear and concise, and her prices are very reasonable. She made sure I was completely satisfied before sending me on my way! Canadians may be famous for many things...Tim Hortons, the Ryans (Gosling and Reynolds), Canadian Mounties, Mike Myers...but they and New England will have to share the distinction for producing the best maple syrup with Wisconsin (which I begrudgingly admit, hailing from Minnesota.) All the poor saps who don't have easy access to pure maple syrup should be jealous, because this liquid gold is better than Butterworth's! This 35-acre, maple-tree farm has been handed down for several generations going back to the early 1900's, so they know what they're doing when it comes to producing US Grade A, award-winning syrup. For a few weekends in the spring the farm hosts an open house complete with a pancake and sausage breakfast in the log building. If there's room left in your stomach afterwards, fill up on luscious maple ice cream or maple cotton candy until you're ready to tap out. Don't forget to bring containers with you to load up with syrup at a discount. If you're unable to visit the farm, it's no sticky situation--you can also order online. Foxxy sidekicks and Fred Savage agree that the best place for syrup to "Get in my belly" is at S and S Sugar Bush. Don't be an International Man of Mystery and keep this farm a secret!
